The photo doesn't do it justice, don't be fooled by the size! I had the Vaina & Vaina arepas and it was absolutely jam packed with ingredients - the pulled pork and beef were so tender, the cheese was delightfully stringy, and I don't know what's in that green sauce but it must contain some form of magic. Loved the vibes, felt like I was coming home to a hearty meal. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Amazing cafe! A very warm welcome to Venezuelan cusine and culture. The owners are very hospitable and the food is AMAZING. It's definitely a must visit and a local gem.

As promised we returned but this time had a very different experience! Same nice friendly atmosphere etc but on this occasion the waiter (assumed owners) was very pushy with what we should order and basically ordered for us, this is not how I expect to be treated and for that reason we will probably not return again. Not only was it not of our choice of food but this time there was an obvious downgrade to our portion size and taste to the food. Compounding this they have put their prices up. So poor service, lower quality food and a higher price. Some turn around from our previous visit and not in a good way! A true shame as it had been somewhere I recommend to everybody. But those days are now gone! Sunrise, sunset.

Never been to the cafe before but it was way beyond expectation! The coffee was perfect, food outstanding and service form the young man and what looked like the owner was great! Couldn’t have been happier with the experience today. The hot sauce with the Empanada made it taste great.

Check your receipt against the menu price, attempted to charge us the odd pound on top of the menu price and added extra drinks on the menu that we had not ordered. I had already topped for the food, but immediately returned to the café after noticing the pricing and item indecrepencies. After chatting to us really friendly during our stay, suddenly had nothing to day about the overcharge on the order did not want to entertain the idea of explaining and quickly chucked my a fiver from the tip charge avoiding my questions about the mistake or intentional overcharge. Food was delicious and the setting is a nice escape into yummy food and quality family time - however this is terrible service. I would urge you to check your receipts because adding and extra pound, an extra fiver here and there really adds up as fraud.
