Called in around 7:45am, trolley of shopping. Went to checkout as an Asda worker there, asked a polite question I take it you are open, she snarled back I’ve only just come in, and I’d have to wait, she then walked away muttering about customers, she even complained to another worker about me wanted to put my shopping through the checkout. I again politely reminded her I’d asked a simple question, but she needed to remember without CUSTOMERS she doesn’t have a job. Definitely in the wrong job

Went to order a pizza this morning and wasn't acknowledged by the lady at the counter.. only stared at. I asked if I could order and was told No, 9am... that was at 8.50. Replied OK and went back at 9am to be ignored again and when when she was ready at 9.10 there was no customer service at all and had to ask if she was ready for my order... no thank you or have a nice morning followed when hand pizza. I've experienced this a few times and just left it but enough is enough... a word is needed.

Can't say enough about Stuart the delivery driver. Absolutely ace, and not hard on the eyes, either. I'll never step foot in the store again as long as he's delivering.

Just bought a mobile phone from here and it's £90 throw away .it's so slow everything takes hours to do. I'm getting old using it .waste of money ,I would take it back but I cracked the screen because it was so frustrating waiting for things to load (I threw it across the room ). Its same processing speed as my previous phone and I'm the same network. Utter rubbish .

Everything has moved around so it's a pain trying to find things. Not a quick visit and prices are going up. I go Aldi, cheaper and quicker.

Shelves bare most of the time, particularly fruit and veg. Chemist never seems to have anything you need. It's messy, dirty, with some staff being very abrupt, and generally unloved.

I moved away from the area years ago so only use ASDA Runcorn when I come back and visit family. I was pretty shocked on my last visit. Lots of empty shelves and 3 of the 7 items on my list I couldn't get. I've never seen a supermarket that was once vibrant and vetsatile now so sparcely stocked and sorry for itself. I'm pretty sure that was my last ever visit. Management - what on earth has happened here???

Shelves have been slightly empty for a while now, and not as much choice as used to be. Also class of people in here can be pretty rock bottom, you won't enjoy your shopping trip unless you were dragged up on the streets, make sure to sanitise and don't let anyone bite you otherwise you will be infected

Help to help staff I think not!! They are all so rude and always looking out of ways not to help customers. I find its the older woman on the self checkout and scan and go tills customers service training most definitely needed !! I tryed to complain and just got fobbed off !! ? this has mostly certainly put me off using the tills full stop now and wasn't the 1st time they have been rude.

I was shopping in Runcorn Asda & had loaded my basket with more than I intended...a lady called Jo from the bakery department noticed I was struggling & offered to get me a trolley...a couple of minutes later she was back and I really appreciated her kindness. Excellent customer service thanks Jo!

This place is an organisational mess unfortunately. There are never any baskets available so you have to go to the checkout just to get through to the store. I've been coming to this ASDA all my life and it's never been this bad in the last year. They also recently changed the location of everything just to make it extra confusing for everyone. There's rarely any bags available at the basket checkout either.

Oh my lord went to buy some fox’s cookies that used to be £1.25 now they are £2.00, if this is not profiteering I don’t know what is because other shops are selling them a lot cheaper, and half your shelves are empty ?

This shop is still in lockdown! Shelves always poorly stocked, seems click & collect takes priority nowadays, especially with the arrogant attitude of the pickers. Self service checkout is a joke if you need authorisation, staff always too busy talking & tobacco/returns counter is so slow that any frozen food is thawed by the time you're served
