Coming in, you have to clean tables after previous visitors by yourself. Every single table was dirty with remains of cutlery and napkins on them and on the floor, and no one cared.

Love costa coffee. However ….Been here a few times with friendsLast few times we’ve been a little disappointed…. One week dishwasher not working so take out only ? Can’t wash dishes by hand ?Next time dishwasher again faulty … plus NO COFFEE!! Yep ! No coffee. Go figureLatest visit … maybe our last now .. no crockery ! so take out cups only dishwasher not working ( again )No toast available !Oh dear …. Place definitely could do with a shake upStaff are ok but one little observation. Doesn’t really affect me either. One guy calls every female customer ‘Darlin ‘ ..sorry but shouldn’t really be saying that these days. Not good Cringe cringe ?
