By far the worst KFC experience known to man and chicken. Shambolic service, abysmally cooked chicken and gravy that not even the local rats would want to eat.Go elsewhere, this place does not deserve your money. Your stomach will thank you for it.

S**t show. 5 meals order Received 3/5 drinks My meals came with just 16 chips. No, not packets of chips, total singal chips. The other 2 meals had similar amount. One burger put in the box upside down then packaged right way up, meaning it was everywhere and we had to rebuild it. Gravey was a powdery congealed lump. Missing dips Chicken was super salty and the what chips we did get where soggy. All in all. A massive waste of 42 quid.

Never been to Runcorns KFC before. Arrived on a dark rainy evening and jumped out of my car and ran in to meet a friend. For my trouble received a £100 parking fine, for enjoying my food and staying too long! Generously reduces to £60 if I cough up quickly! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! Money making thieves!

If there was an option for put no stars that's what I'd put, absolutely disgusting both the food and the staff, they messed up my order and when I returned to complain they offered me to put another £2.98 towards the change in price/meal, I declined and was just told (sorry about that) very sarcastically, the food was awful chips were burned and I will never go back ?

If I could give no stars I would.Only us at the drive through. Took ages before anyone said hello.Finally ordered and asked them to swap something on the menu. The lad said he’d ask. He came back and said it was fine. Got to the window checked the ordered and loads was missing. I explained that half the order was missing and we’d ask to swap and item. The girl was so rude to us and said it wasn’t on the receipt. I explained we had asked via the speaker and they had ok’d it. She had the worst attitude, rude and snotty and said well it’s my shift I’m the manager and I’ve said no.I said fine, just give me the food I ordered or a refund. As I by this point I didn’t even want the food. She said we had been rude to her. Is she joking. She was vile.She said we’d have to ring customer service for our refund and she closed the door. Absolutely the most disgusting customer service ever. Her name is KATIE and she should be sacked.I don’t know why kfc employee the most rude and stupid staff. This needs to be looked into.I will definitely not being going back to this kfc. And will be making formal complaints.

it was tasty dont get me wrong but on the last chicken wing we realised it was pink on the inside, two hours later both me and my mum were experiencing sickness and horrible cramps
The worst KFC ever!!!!Just tried to order on the drive-through, we wated 5 solid minutes, and no one took the order. We went to the window and again another 2 minutes before someone noticed. My partner then told them no one answered and if they could take the order. They lil lad said no and that we had to go around because there was another car behind us about to order. At least he saw it!!! Yay, well done!We drive around for him to say god knows what because in between his accent, his mumbles, and the bad intercom, we were not able to understand. All we could understand was that they did not have chicken fillets.This is after ordering 3 weeks ago from Uber eats and let me tell you when I sent uber eats the pictures of what was missing and the sate of the gravy (just as the lady below) they refunded me over half the price. So, it is safe to assume they do not care about their reviews, customers, or better their service.I didn't want to be bitter and thought to give them the benefit of the doubt but you Sr, making drive around when you could have takwn our oder and knew full well there wasn't many items available is the opposite of good customer service.I guess I would happily drive to Speke for a decent KFC.

Not the most pleasant of places to go for something to eat.Was expecting just the normal walk in order sit and eat but not here...After ordering we watched 4 or 5 orders get called before they actually realised they had packed our food and left it sat on the counter for near 10 minutes ?That wasn't the last straw as trying to find a table that didn't already have leftover food and packaging all over it and the floor around it was covered in chips and chicken that had been partly ravished.The staff was stood around chatting and it was quite obvious that the manager or supervisor that should have been supervising these workers was nowhere to be seen..

Absolute bunch of clowns ! Terrible service, watery gravy, give spicy chicken when never ask for this, they just want to get rid of you. My advice… drive round the corner and go McDonald’s!!

Worse KFC in Britain just order a mighty bucket for one and a popcorn chicken meal to take out.....got home to find they didnt even give me my popcorn chicken nor the hasn brown i payed extra to have on my mini fillet burger. Seems like half the staff just stand
