It is now 18:25 and were still waiting for our order.We phoned the restaurant at 18:00 telling us it'll be 5 minutes.If you food ever arrives I'll let you all know.....Food was never delivered we had to go and pick it up in the end. Items missing from order. There wad also 10 other deliveries lined up sat not been delivered.AVOID AT ALL COSTS... DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!!!

This used to be my go to kebab shop (when it was owned by Polish?)Since then the portions have gone terrible and the food even worse. I've been really disappointed the times I've been over the last year, and had pretty much boycotted the place - but last night I thought I would give it another try..."large" donner kebab was tiny and the meat was absolutely unacceptable. Was like it had been there for a few days - bone dry and stale.Staff are always friendly, but honestly the food is just not a patch on what it used to be... Such a shame.

Ordered from Neptune tonight and speedy service but food was a disappointment. Fish was soggy, lovely chips. Chicken and rice looked like shop bought sandwich chicken and shop bought microwave rice. Wouldn’t be ordering from here

Have had food from here a few times but this time the food was absolutely appalling. The order was delivered over an hour later than advised and everything was cold. The bread with the large kebab was like cardboard and inedible. The chicken gyros didn’t contain proper chicken it was more like salty donna style sliced meat and the chicken fried rice was all stuck together and had a weird smell, needless to say my children wouldn’t eat it and it went in the bin. The order was a total waste of money and time whilst we waited for it. We definitely won’t be eating from Neptune ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money or eat elsewhere.

Don’t waste your money. We used to love Neptune - god only knows what happened. Let’s start with the food arriving superb cold. The packaging was really bad as well. Chicken kebab was literally like wood shavings. Bitter in taste. Unbelievable. Barely any sauce on. Honestly, do yourself a favour and avoid like a plague.

Fast and friendly service...Nowhere was open local so thought I'd give this place a try not been here in years.Chips tasted like trippled cooked ones super fresh and crispy, jumbo sausage was of a decent quality and the gravy thick full of flavour, me and the kids ate the lot. overall a decent little chippy that seemed to be very busy with deliveries, plenty of staff, very clean and tidy, I'll deffo return to try the donner meat, thankyou staff ???
the service was 10/10 and the staff had an amazing attitude. will definitely be coming here more often?

Ordered a large kebab was literally 6 strands of donner meat covered in chilli sauce very poor asked for two cans of coke and got two hot cans of Pepsi will never order from here again

Ordered tonight and first of all the order took so long, never known a chippy to take so long to deliver. All the food was cold, like it had been driven around loads of other locations first. The chips and fish were soggy, some of the chips were barley cooked and the kids meal came with a drink but it was a fizzy pop I was expecting fruit shoot.

Awful experience here. I ordered throuhg uber eats , 2 hour wait on delivery, no communication from shop. I rang 3 times and was told each time it's on its way, driver came as I'm on phone to take out asking for manger but she was too busy to handle a complaint, I told the delivery driver we were waiting over 2 hours and she said its been really busy and she shouldn't even be in work until 5. Said she's the only driver on shift, had someone in the car with her too. Poor experience from this restaurant. Don't advise it at all .
