Me and my family went down to see friends in Runcorn and met up in the Queen of Harts for Lunch and ended up staying the whole Night. The food was wonderful and presented nicely and we didn't wait long. The staff were chatty and friendly especially the Manager and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

New to the area so thought I'd check out the local, great selection of lager and three real ales so spoilt for choice. Ordered the food with Katie who recommended the chicken and chorizo kebab and the ultimate spice beef burger, both were served quickly, look amazing and tasted just as good. Sky and TNT sports, live music once a month and a great atmosphere, what more could you ask for!
Such a shame that this pub with such great potential has now gone completely down hill. Since the change of management within the last year, customer service is horrendous, management are rude and extremely unhelpful and waiting times are beyond a joke. I would never recommend this place to anybody until the management changes (hopefully sooner than later). Used to be such a great, family orientated establishment under previous management.

Amazing pub with attentive staff who go above and beyond to meet your needs. I regularly visit this pub and always have the best time. The bingo on a Sunday is excellent so fun and we always have the best laughs bonus is it’s also a great way to bring friends and family together. Highly recommend!!
