Nice staff but what was clearly meant to be a public toilet has a 'staff only' sign on, really insulting, give us your money but hold your fluids in and get lost with your food...

I order from here every so often as a lunchtime treat for me and my two boys, nearly everytime there are items missing, it’s an absolute joke, last order they didn’t send either of my sons subs and left the crisp, drink and cookie out of my meal deal, shocking service

If you want a meal delivered by just eat on a reasonable timescale, don't order it from here, you won't get the items you ordered at a time you want. I would recommend going somewhere else if your hungry!!\\nTried getting a refund via just eat and they advised the chicken and bacon sub came cold!!!! With nothing on!!\\nThis is regardless of the fact I didn't get ANY salad or sauce as selected in said receipt which was present on complaint so it doesn't matter I was £12 out if pocket with no lunch. I had to source my other options which turned up as ordered within the next 30 minutes. I would suggest not ordering from either just eat which is my biggest complaint but cannot let the fact subway in the city let my 2 subs go out in such a way that nobody would want to eat it!!\\nNot a happy customer with either after having correspondence with both, shame on both of you for not delivering the one and only service your meant to provide.

This is the second time I have ordered a foot-long sub from there, and each time, the items I added as extras have been missing. Useless.

Extremely long wait, was served by a very good looking young lad with a nice beard, he was polite but unprofessional, he proceeded to put sweetcorn on my sandwich after twice being told NO SWEETCORN, I would remind him to keep his conversations more private, talking to a young blonde girl about his weekend, by the sounds of it he needs to stop drinking so much. Blonde girl was extremely rude and blunt and short changed me and looked very rude, maybe try smiling while serving customers. Price is ridiculous and the service from the girl was a disgrace, the young lad can’t understand what no sweetcorn means, however he was charming and quite funny so I’d of let him off, put he couldn’t even wrap the sandwich properly, most likely due to his hangover and the girl needs to be retained in customer service and basic math

Gosh I used to get meatballs from here over a year ago. I was shocked at subways shrinking meatball portion. Subways meetball portions half the size they used to be!
Good food but never answer the phone!!! Wanted to correct something on uber and they failed to answer the bloody phone..

After making an order for collection it wasn't ready, people was getting served before me and the absolute jobs worth of a fella behind the counter got the order wrong. Had few problems with this store now, definitely need to employ better staff.

Staff member filling up salad and was leaning over my food her t-shirt rubbing over sandwich, poor hygiene. Pointed out her stomach had been rubbing across my sandwich she respond by calling me rude. If rudes not wanting your sweated in t shirt adding extra toppings to my sandwich then I'm rude indeed. She then asked what salad I want, I declined the sandwich.Excellent career as a sandwich artist ahead for you mate ?
