Came here yesterday for ONLY 4 bottle drinks, when the girl had finished serving customers infront, she then decided to turn around and ignore me even though both of them saw me queing up. After asking if i could get served she then started apologising saying they were in a pickle. Not my problem. If this is a regular occurance then you are losing out on money. Very dissapointing customer service.

After waiting in the queue for 15 min I got told to wait for a bit as they had 4 online orders at the time they had 3 members of staff so I ended up walking away never putting my foot in that place shocking service

Wasn't prepared to standard normally you are offered an alternative if you don't get say peppers but wasn't, then when started eating it no onions which is part of the actual chosen itemBought tub of meatballs which wasn't even fullRuncorn subway disappointed

Brilliant place to go and food is really good, I always buy a salad box with chicken which is so nice and reasonable price. Staff are very nice and friendly

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!Waited an hour and a half for 2 subs, delivery said around 30-45 which was fine but then time subjected I was eating at tea time and not lunch!Food finally arrived stone cold, I don't know if they'd kept it in the fridge but wasn't what I ordered. It certainly wasn't toasted with no salad or sauce, the cheese was present and to top it off there was a hair found. I've give it one star only because I couldn't review without any stars, don't order food from here, you've been warned!!
