We waited tonight for 2 hours! It was my sons birthday and I thought I'd treat him. Had to phone up twice and they rang me to say our order was next! Still over half hour wait for that still.As a gesture we recieved a bottle of Pepsi and a piece of cake for the birthday boy.The fish I got was disgusting, too much batter, not enough fish. Fish was OK not the best that I've had from trident. They need to work out portion control. In the past I have ordered regular portion of chips and it was just right but last night I asked for the same and it was more like a large, same goes when I have ordered a small portion it has arrived more like regular size. It is wasteful as it goes in the bin. Overall a nice chippy though

Ordered through the app for delivery which was really easy to use. The food was nice and arrived hot it said delivery time was 1 hour but arrived in less than 1 hour so that is always a plus.
