The toilets are a nightmare, the floor is sticky and you have to step into the toilet with your feet to close the cabin door.Strange order of serving coffees. Oh, one of the worst Starbucks in Britain

Honestly this place was a lifesaver!Me and my partner had been out on the bike and on the way back we stopped in here as it had turned quite cold suddenly and started raining and I saw this service station and stopped in for a coffee to warm up and attempt to dry off a bit.Coffee was very nice and service was good, there were a couple of kids running around and being noisy which was a bit annoying as they seemed to belong to one of the team whose partner had stopped by with them

Nice place to stop for a fresh coffee.

Come here most Friday mornings before work, always friendly and efficient.

Drive through. Just coffee. And it was to die for.

As a Starbucks fan, I was disappointed. This venue does not have the usual Starbucks vibe and decor plus the coffee was distinctly average.

It's a Starbucks, so you know what you're getting. It's an expensive but decent enough drink, not worth getting food - There's a Greggs across the road if you want breakfast or a snack!Don't say no to whipped cream on your drink, because you will get it regardless, might as well just accept that. You can use a blue light card for a slight discountIt's drive thruNot the best junction to get out of onto the roundabout

I visited at 10am.Even at this time, the floors and surfaces were filthy and the washrooms were horrific (I won't go into detail but suffice to say I took one look in one of the stalls, turned round and left). The coffee was ok but my shoes stuck to the floor as I left with it.I have never seen a mainstream, large chain coffee shop in such dirty condition and I will not be returning.

I called off at the Starbucks on the way back from a day trip for a drink and the toilet. There was nobody at the counter when I entered so I made my way to the toilet first. Whilst I was in the toilet all the lights went out, I made my way out of the toilet and the whole shop had been closed and the doors all locked. I was locked in the Starbucks store, dark and alone. I was hugely panicked and running around the store. I spotted the fire door and barged through. I got out and the store alarm went off, blaring, i then got into my car, thoroughly shaken up. I then saw the staff member run to the door, let herself in and turn the alarm off. Not stopping to ask me anything, she just drove off. Utterly disgusted and will be taking this much further.

This one is sooo over priced, I went nextdoor to the petrol station and had lovely fresh sandwiches and drinks at a fraction of the cost.

Not very clean. All ladies had to wait for tissue to be replaced in their toilets. Poor standards.

Average service. not enough staff even though visiting at non peak time.

Got a take out coffee, 5p extra for cups...Which leaked coffee into the cup holder, whilst it sat cooling....So couldn't even drink it....cup and brown card sleeve just soggy....
