After spending a mad Saturday in this store, getting to the checkout to then be told we have no bags at all to put your shopping in or even a box, waste if time,at least a sign on entry to the store would have helped ?

Used to be good. Now often has empty shelves. Prices have gone mad, and products I used often have disappeared completely. There was a great smart price cake mix that made amazing sponge cakes. Gone. Staff are overworked and unhappy. It's just sad

Absolutely shocking place to shop, open at 8am but nobody on tills so even the old dears have to checkout their own goods, prices dearer than anywhere else and seem to go up on a weekly basis, staff picking goods for online just leaving their carts in middle of isle, no regard for actual shoppers.live to see a big competitor next door..

Worst managed place on earth. Manager needs sacking ASAP.

Great store and good range of items, knocked a star off as there are never any baskets near the entrance so you then have to go hunting near the tills

Saw a dog eat its own faeces and go sniffing the chocolate bars along the confectionary aisle. Made me sick I won't buy any chocolate from there in future.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Order picker FOLDED a pizza in half to squeeze it into an already half full bag. This is the third time this has happened on recent orders. Asda are capable of packing them properly, as undamaged pizzas have been ordered and received before, so why have they have decided that folding them and splitting the base (making them impossible to cook without half of the topping ending up on the floor of the oven) is a good idea? It clearly ruins it! Deliveroo did offer an immediate refund, but I'm not ordering items just to get a refund and have it thrown straight in the bin.EDIT:Further to your reply, I'm glad to see that you looked into the poor packing of your order pickers, Chris. The box of the pie is exactly as I would have expected it to have been delivered and is without doubt the one I would have selected myself instore. I mean, who in their right mind would ever expect their food to be in decent condition and not crushed? It's not like food is expensive or anything at the moment and who doesn't just love throwing food away?! Keep it up Asda and Chris... 10/10 for effort(!)

Garlic from China??Second star is for convenient location and very few other better quality productsBut still Asda as other grocers are very poor in England.Go to German supermarkets you'll see more better quality

Lovely big store which has almost everything you need from food to outdoor furniture. It's nice and clean and the staff are all very pleasant and only too willing to help.

All shops under one roof, great when you can't walk far

DOWN IN THE DUMPS THIS PLACE-I did a click and collect today. After spending over an hour and booking my slot, I get an email from Asda-10 Items NOT in stockAND12 items substituted with stuff that doesn't even resemble what I ordered. If you order a loaf of bread, there's a risk they will substitute it with a mars bar.Stick with Tesco!Order 4142336000785

Just come to Asda at 4.15pm, before close which is half 4 ( not even closed as I write this review) and they wouldn’t let me in. All I wanted was nappies for my little boy who has run out and a candle!

I used to really love this asda and would get groceries delivered from them but lately it seems most of their veggies go off the next day or are just totally unusable ? I even bought a packet of muffins and found mould on them! I hate writing bad reviews but couldn’t find an email address.
