I would like to say how amazing a member of one your staff was today. He was taking the trolleys back and boys wanted to help, he kindly let them help and out of his own pocket give them a £1 each for helping him ? He didn't have to do that but he was so kind and there should be more people like him, my boys where very happy and said how kind that man was (gutted we didn't catch his name).

Toilets are either not working or filthy. Is there even cleaners there? ? I work within the area near this Asda and have been seeing this for the last 16 months. Pictures taken on different occasion, meaning this is a recurring issue

Great store, click and collect locker at side, along with charge points for electric cars, have a pizza and hot food counter, on 2nd floor has a cafe, pharmacy is located here to as well as a timpson on ground floor, along with opticians which is outside, staff are very friendly and helpful. Shop here twice a week.

Sour faced staff on pizza counter with terrible attitudes! Always chatting to each other rather then dealing with customers and doing what their paid to do, two women in particular give you the look of death when they take an order sheet from you as if they really can’t be bothered preparing your order.

The click and collect is a joke avoid at all costs twice now I haven't received items I paid for make sure you check all your orders before leaving. Waited 40 mins to be told the item I hadnt received showed as collected. The lady serving me said she wouldn't go through to check. Shocking customer service!!UpdateI received a refund after a week of emailing back and to! But that doesn't take into account my wasted time the irate mood it left me in and short on a Christmas present and the poor customer service from the person in store! Rubbish!! I will vote with my feet!

Need to do something about the electric car chargers not working.According to zap-map they have been out of action for 7 months now, very poor show asda.
Was in the area yesterday 15th October 2022. Both my adult daughter and I needed the toilet before shopping. The ladies toilets were disgusting looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Absolutely awful, will not go back there.

Had a terrible day trying to get a prescription. Between the GP, 111, Pharmacy and out of hours doctors, Asda Westbrook Pharmacy were the most helpful. Tracy is great on the phone and the gentleman Pharmacist was the only one who got it sorted. Thank you.

Slow service the younger staff did not give a s..t about the job looking round eating the food behind the counter and helping them selfs to the drinks/ slush Machines and not cleaning the tables give customers the wrong food

It's a great layout at the store with a nice cafe/toilets upstairs and lots of room within the isles, close by are joining independent and branded stores that are always worth a look at. Just love this store and joining stores.

sick and tired of the pay at the kiosk side of the petrol station being closed! you cannot rely on this supermarket at all i am now boycotting this brand and going to sainsburys instead
