Pretty sad state of affairs. How someone can take on a franchise like a Burger King and mess it up so monumentally is beyond me. It’s honestly like they don’t give a hoot.The place looks filthy, the staff don’t care and it’s with consistent regularity that items aren’t available.Sort yourselves out!

Quite a good Burger King, just off the M62 (Warrington exit).The Branch is clean with plenty of seating, staff are friendly, just a bit slow. Food is okay, they have a self-service Coke Machine which is good.

I'm not sure what is going on at burger king winwick but twice now I have had wrong and cold orders...No Lettuce means No Lettuce my mum chokes on lettuce think goodness I plated the burger and fries because lettuce was on her burger. Why did I plate it up because a 2 minute drive to mums house and everything was cold so microwave was required.

This place needs shutting down! The state of the place.I went though the drive through and had to go back into the restaurant and I was shocked at the state of the place filthy tables and a staff member sat on the counter chatting to one of his colleagues I couldn't believe my eyes! I had to demand that my food was remade as it was stone cold. I was told I needed to wait. That's fine I would rather wait several hours as long as I get home food! I paid over £24 for 2 meals! I expect hot bloody food. Never have I had such a bad experience at any burger King. This one is so bad!Headoffice needs to get into this place!

This place needs better management. We stopped here at the drive thru 3 years ago and there were massive delays because their card machine wasn't working and when we eventually got our food, they gave us the wrong food...Roll on to November 2023 and we ate in... We didn't realise till we had ordered that it was the same place. My bun was dry. The tables were over 50% in need of clearing, the bins were overflowing, the men's loo was out of order, one of the cubicles in the ladies' was out of order. The latch on the disabled loo was about to fall off. One of the 2 drinks machines was out of order. It needs some focus from a senior manager who knows what they're doing.I don't want to whinge too much as the staff were polite enough but it really wasn't what you should be able to expect...

Good food and friendly staff, waiting was a bit long but,for fresh food it's worth it.Tables left messy by previous customers bug that's a sign of the times.

Very bad. My husband burger was very bad and meat of a funny colour. Everything was very expensive and coffee was quite bad. Very cold inside,I had to ask for sugar sticks and other bits. Very unorganised, although was not busy. It was us a family of 5 and a guy waiting. Small portions and very expensive. Couldn't buy anything than chips and that was over £4 I reckon with a sort of bacon and cheese. That was gross by the way and had to order normal chips ,no salt given. So I won't recomand unless you starve or need a cold drink as coffee is not great.

Usually come here once a week and use the drive through. Massive queue today so went to order inside. Saw 4 members of staff. 1 didn't have a clue what he was doing. While waiting for my order I witnessed a member of staff taking chicken burgers out of the fryer, tipping the cooked food into a storage tray. 2 burgers missed the tray and the staff member picked them up with his bare hands and placed them in the storage tray. No sign of any of the staff washing hands. Service in general moves at a snails pace. No sign of a manager of any sort keeping an eye on what is going on.

Waited 35 minutes for 3 cold burgers. Staff were too busy dancing in the back to serve and moaning about an Uber eats drivers attitude (which I don’t blame him for in the slightest) Also no drinks available as machine wasn’t working but after the staff being told it wasn’t working they were still giving out empty cups. All completely gormless.

We called in Warrington branch on Sunday 5th November at 10.50. Ordered our food and waited, after watching the young people you have working there I couldn’t believe how unhygienic they were! One girl stood putting the burgers together actually pulled her hat off, messed with her hair putting it back in the ponytail, hat back on and then continued to prepare the food without any washing of her hands!A gentleman complained to the manager about the time waiting for this “fast food” restaurant and was totally fobbed off with the answer “youve got your food now though yeah!”Another couple had a refund and left, definitely will think twice before visiting here again which is a shame as this was our routine after having a trip to B&Q
