Only two girls on duty - the one who did not have blue hair was the one giving the V sign. maybe having a bad day but poor behaviour. Expect better from Costa

I arrived at the drive thru at 1723 to order my drink and toastie only to be told food wasn't being served anymore. When I got to the window I asked what time food was served and the lady with ginger curly hair quite rudely responded \\\"about now, we close in half an hour\\\". About now is not a time so clearly they just couldn't be bothered. I was on my way to work doing a night shift and all I wanted was a toastie. Didn't realise there was more to putting it in the toastie machine for 2 minutes was such a difficult task, it's not like you freshly make the sandwiches on the spot... 30 minutes until closing and the staff member was incredibly rude.

Love this costa. Really relaxed inside.\\nIndoor and outdoor seating is always tidy and clean. Staff are mostly quite young, polite and upbeat.

Went in today with a friend and was served by Josh who was smiley and helpful. . . A real credit and a breath of fresh air. Efficient service and clean and pleasant place.

This was one of the worst coffee shop experiences so far.\\nFirst of all, when walking inside, there was a very unpleasant, burnt like smell, so even if we wanted to sit inside, we couldn't.\\nThere was a small queue indeed, of about 3 people, but the waiting time was much longer than usual. At some point, it was my turn to order, there were at least two employees who could have helped, but nobody even bothered to notice me and at least say \\\"We are a little busy, be with you in a minute\\\". Didn't even look at me.\\nWhen I finally got to order, the order was wrong, I had to inform them because they didn't notice. The pastries were absolutely old and stale and gave us a stomach ache.\\nNot to mention the coffees, which tasted nothing like a proper coffee.\\nThe tables were disgustingly dirty.\\nSafe to say, never coming back again.\\nThe problem is, with the place being so sticky and dirty, it definitely is a health hazard.

I like that Costa. Easy to get to. Good opening time and the usual good quality of coffee.
