Disappointed that I couldn't use my treats as I went especially for 2 Mac & Cheese and 2 Toasties with Beans and 2 Cakes to take home. No Mac & Cheese, No toasties with Beans so might go somewhere else tomorrow. Sat in with teacake and tea for my breakfast but teacake was very low on fruit.

Stopped for a coffee while out shopping. This branch has got to be one of the friendliest we've ever been in! It was very busy, but the staff still had time for us (I have severe allergies). Thank you ?

Lovely environment we sat outside but the staff were very friendly to talk to one woman was practically dancing while making drinks she seemed happy which is good when your working they all got on and seemed like a good team no drama no clicks which is rare in shops these days ☺

Fine for what it is. Staff are nice enough. Bathroom was not at all clean enough though - understand middle of a busy shift but should be suitable for use at all times

Worst coffee I’ve had in years. I don’t understand how this shop can be so busy with this poor quality. I noticed that all they’re coffees taste very similar, no difference between a cappuccino and a flat white and a Latte. Very disappointed Costa !!!
