Have used this branch several times when changing trains at Bank Quay. Prompt and professional service every time so far

It has the best coffee shop and the warmest chocolate texture.

Trapped in the station, so no independent cafes to patronise. Coffee and service good. Coffee was expensive, though.

I don’t normally review, but the staff were so lovely here today that I thought I’d bang some stars on here. Top quality bacon roll as well ??

Good poace to grab a coffee as you wait for ur train on the platform

Nice place to sit while waiting for the train. Staff are friendly too, which helps. Some of the business men that grab coffees are a bit rude though, but that's nothing unusual.

Previous visits have been fine - not many seats inside, but pleasant enough . However .. Not open at 5.30am as advertised. Asked station staff at 5.40am what time it opened, advised "any time in the next 10 minutes" Dying for a brew!

Nicely decorated and clean. Really kind and helpful staff. Cappuccinos are great. Plenty of seats and a TV screen shows train departure times.

It is fine if you just have a few minutes to kill while waiting for your train, but it is very cramped and not an ideal place to sit. While I have only been here once, I found the coffee to be poor, even with syrup it was unusually bitter; if you want good coffee, you would be better served going elsewhere. On the bright side, it is clean and tidy, with friendly staff.
