Made a mistake on my online collection order, was expecting it to be too late but called the outlet and the guy was very helpful and sorted it out, excellent service. Pizza was also great, hot and loads of toppings.

Young lad running the shift today solo. 26/8/23 proper good lad. Absolute repect for him. Attentive, helpful. Pleasent, all round legend.sorted my allergy issues. Much better than some i had to deal with in there. Keep it ip lad, you can go far.

Awful service! My drink didn’t arrive with my order and I was basically called a liar and a thief by an extremely rude member of staff who then hung up on me. When I called back she refused to speak to me and wouldn’t provide her name. I have taken this further as this was totally unacceptable. This person seriously needs to learn how to speak to paying customers correctly. Shocking service!!!

Use to get delivery no fuss.Since I started driving I can now pick up myself and the staff here are simply fabulous. Really friendly and helpful.Food’s gorgeous it’s my weekend treat usually :)

Had two pizzas from here a peporoni and chicken the chicken pizza was a disgrace considering how much you pay for each pizza there was hardly any chicken on it at all and the crust round the side went was enormous which meant you only had a small amount of pizza with anything in. The pizzas are very expensive and we do buy them as a treat now and again but you expect lots of toppings for the price. I will never use dominos again my advise is nip into Asda they have great pizzas made to order with lots of toppings and a quarter if the price don't bother with dominos particularly the birchwood one.
You know what credit where credit is due. I met a lady working here who clearly had a bad day. Anyway I got a sorry and I got a free pizza. I didn't believe the sorry at the time however she was more than happy with it and her. It's OK to have a bad day...

I rang to make an order and said to go on line and complete the order and I had 1 pizza in the basket and then I got cut off from placing the second pizza so I rang the pizza place back to make a complaint I spoke to the manager Olivia who would not give me the information to make an official complaint she was very abrupt rude and was no help to the public that simply want to make to take this further and really upset the way she spoke down to me and felt so disregarded as if that the customer is never right so customers service was absolutely disgusting and will be taking this much further as soon as possible
