Customer service is terrible they make a mistake you point the mistake out and they just stare at you they don’t apologise for there mistakes and can’t even seem to say thank you they look at you like you stepped in something and it’s all the older ladies that work here just so rude !!!! They need to work on customer service skills and they also don’t seem to know how to work the app I can do their job better. The food is also always cold i be very surprised if they pass an audit.

It's a pretty standard Greggs - the food and drinks served are excellent value for money, as always. When visiting this particular Greggs, I've always found the selection to be pretty good - some Greggs stores run out of certain things quickly, however this one seems to do alright, despite plenty of customers who work in the surrounding shops. The staff here are really friendly and efficient, with waiting times being minimal and drinks and snacks served with a smile! The only thing I would say is seating can be a bit limited here, although there always seems to be space. The amount of seating here is a little better than other Greggs stores in my experience. Overall, it's very difficult to fault this particular Greggs - would recommend!

Bought 3 pizza slices and absolutely terrible. All crust with a very topping. Definitely the worst I've ever had. Just greed.. Also bought three sausage rolls only to find two in the bag.

Service tends to be getting slower not just in this one bust most I've been and the food is getting over held so tends to be cold once you get it and you feel rushed when ordering and this is in all store so probably something implemented by senior management! Not good customer engagement

Greggs at the cockhedge is great, its one of my favourite Greggs. Great staff , very polite and helpful and always have a smile, even through the toughest times of the pandemic they have been great .Coffee is always good ??
