In the last few times that we have come to eat the chicken is always raw, when we make the claim, they call the manager, she tells us that that is the cooking point of the chicken. However, we don't believe it because the chicken is red and the taste is bad.

Absolutely awful.Second time going. The first time we went it was bad but we thought benefit of doubt. This visit was worse.Chicken very over cooked and very oily and tasted like old oil.Chips were soggy. Gravy was watery.The girl on the counter didn't understand a question I asked.Music very loud and horrible.We will not be returning.

After being disappointed with the service at most KFC restaurants over the years visits have became few and far between, which is a shame as it's pretty good value feeding a family of 7 for fast food, this restaurant is a stark difference, seems to be well managed.

My mum treated herself, me n my fiance to a KFC boneless banquet for 1 for ours teas.
Tastes like KFC should. Unlike the absolute disgrace that is the Junction 9 Retail Park version.

ordered party sharing bucket £34 i have had this twice and still got the order wrong so the third time of ordering i did say please get the order right ,when i got home the order was missing wings and popcorn chicken ,tried ringing the shop but no answer ,not returning

AVOID!Go Get a Maccys, Chippy or Chinese!Order always wrong/ short of food. 4 different orders.Missing chips and hot wings in gravy box, missing boneless fillets in boneless banquette , missing 2x chicken portions in bucket.(They can't count, don't care, or they're stealing your food)Very slow to serve and give food.Food is low quality compared to other KFC's.(Serving takes about 10 mins on a quick day. Food is cold and missing skin/batter).Staff need a basic education and learn to count.(No need for a comment)Management will not accept an order is wrong / short.(Rude and don't sound like they know what shoe is on each foot).Go Get a Maccys, Chippy or Chinese!

Shocking service, was made it wait over 15 minutes after the drive through. Was told by 3 members of staff it would be no more than 2 minutes. They had no idea about my order when I went in the request a refund. Very badly managed and it wasn't even that busy.
