Pay system was down so if they have an online pay system surly you should be able used card in the shop but no ,yet another cash only outfit and a 14 mile round trip to collect

hi so i only got access to internet 5 minute ago only just got home from afghanistan come on. the breakfast wrap was yum yum and i loved the special treatment i got from the lovely lady behind the bar, but she very dirty minded im coming back on thursday 14th december

The Lotus is a relatively new takeaway in Latchford. And maybe they have teething problems. We ordered online and were advised a 45 minute delivery. It took an hour and a half. It was barely warm. There is quite a lot of competition locally and it needs to up its game to compete. I wish them well but will probably not order from here for a while, if at all.

The Worst Meal I've ever had from a Chinese, the "SALT & (pepper ?♂️) wings where obviously made by my ex wife as there was enough salt on them to pickle a hearing,the SALT and (pepper ?♂️) chicken strips where more chicken flavoured batter than Chicken, the chips well I'm sure if you planted them they would grow new spuds, the honey ribs! So dry they make the Sahara look moist, prawn toast never saw a prawn or any fish like creature, the only thing that possibly resembled anything worth eating was the polistireen containers the food came in! Avoid They also automatically add a service charge on! Who gives anyone a tip if the food is terrible! How people have said the food is good from here I don't understand! £45 down the drain!

We have ordered hot and sour veg soup which was lovely with various vegetables and selection of mushrooms in it - perfect balance of sour and spicy flavour. We also had satay chicken skewers which were generous in size - sometimes you get little flat strips - these were chunky and cooked well. Nice fine soft noodles and my son enjoyed his salt and pepper chicken. We will certainly order again. Didn't manage to get pics of all food that we ordered - we were hungry, it arrived earlier than expected on Saturday evening so very much appreciated! Will certainly order again.

Wouldn't allow a collections order 35 mins before closing time because the chef wanted to go home.Change your opening times then

Decent Chinese takeaway. About 1hr delivery wait time which is normal for a Saturday evening. Not much sauce in the Chow main but the sharing platter was nice. The chicken & sweetcorn soup was quite thick & only lukewarm. But we'll definitely use again & try other menu items.

Food was far to salty an inedible. Rang the restaurant to ask them to collect an refund. I have order from here for years an never once complained. An the way the owner dealt with me was shocking. Was told I can't have a refund as I had tasted the food????? Sorry I do not have the ability to SEE my food was salty. Rang just eat an as I had paid cash there was nothing they could do. So wasted £30. My advice pay by card so when you receive your shocking food cooked byy the "new chef" you can get your money back. Or even better don't bother with this place!!!!

Ordered off JustEat. Waited over 1hr30 from the original estimate delivery time, and received no delivery from the restaurant. JustEat and the restaurant refused to give me a refund, despite delivering no food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You'd certainly be better off going hungry than ordering food from here
