I took a bite out of my burger to find I had a long hair going from my burger into my mouth obviously I spat the burger out of my mouth and pulled the hair out I then opened the burger to find there was another hair inside the burger! Absolutely disgusting I would definitely not recommend this place!!

Foods.slow to come out , dereats the object of it being a fast food restuarant. Staff are well mannered if you get to speak with one , they tend to stay in the back i think they could be constantly short staffed so if you want to order from the till then expect to wait a while for service . The food isnt great , seems to be very greasy with a slightly burnt taste ( possibly whatever they cook the burgers in isnt cleaned properly after use) and the coffee isnt great either. Please note ive only ever been there for the breakfast menu but ive been twice over a period of 2 weeks and.both times the experience was the same

So often get the order wrong. Third time it has happened to me when ordering via drive through - only to realise when I get home that there are items missing. Really annoying/inconvenient to then drive back and get a refund/the item.How difficult is it to make sure about 3 or 4 items are in a paper bag? Clearly not the brightest employees here.

Waited 15 minutes for two Mcflurry's whilst watching them sort all the deliveries out wasn't even a driver waiting notice food for deliveries was sat on the side getting cold. When we did get the Mcflurry's one was half the size as the
There were gangs outside the door but the security woman soon moved them and there were that many working behind the counter you couldn't here them shout your number and the food was disgusting and cold wont go to that one

Very quiet at drive through. Only myself and 1 other car. Waited 15 min at drive through. Was then thrust my food. No apology. When I asked why I had had to wait so long, the girl at the window just stared at me and turned away. Wow. Zilch customer service skills. Shocking. It's happened before there. Will go winwick road next time.

I took the kids this morning to eat in for breakfast and the place smelt like a nightclub toilet. I left and went through the drive and the employee at the window said it's smelt like this for the past month.

Not a fan of fast food but everyone to there choice, food ok.....very noisy between 4 / 5.30 pm school children usually in at that time ....Kid-friendliness: Lots of children there ,they mostly have the happy meals ,there's also coloring pics n crayons for them to enjoy....baby high chair too...Wheelchair accessibility: Nice wide entrance for wheelchair access, staff will assist if needed...
