Beyond a joke. Terrible service. I came in on my break to get something eat. I was stood at the till waiting to order for 15 minutes. And not a single person came to take my order. 3 managers walked by, looked right at me and just turned away to do other jobs. Two managers in particular come to mind with how disgraceful they acted. The first was a young skinny lad with the imaginings of a beard on his face who was stood 3ft from me talking to two young girl customers clearly flirting with them whilst I was waiting to order. Then after he was done flirting he looked at me then turned away and went into the kitchen.The 2nd was an old woman manager who approached me to take my order and got distracted by another customer. Heard their complaints, fixed their order then looked right at me and went back into the kitchen.I left as this was taking the absolute mick. The managers need to focus on taking orders if theres someone waiting. They get paid a ransom so they may aswell earn it.

Called at this branch of McDonald's at around 10 pm on a Wednesday evening. Despite the fact that there were literally more staff than customers the place was absolutely disgustingly filthy, floors, seats and tables covered in packaging, food and drink spills, waste bins overflowing out on to the floor.The self order screens were out of action but a group of five staff thought it more important to carry on their conversation than serve customers at the counter. I really can't describe what a filthy mess this branch was.

Absolutely shocking, I order from here they get it wrong I go to the drive thru they get it wrong. Staff are all thick. Went today for a breakfast I asked for bacon,egg McMuffin with extra sausage, I got home to find a bacon McMuffin no egg and no sausage, come on how stupid can you be ? asked for extras and got less than the original meal. Rang them to tell them about the situation for them to tell me ‘you can come back or we can put your name in a complaints book’ I asked if I could come back an have the order I asked for an they told me ‘nothing we can do as breakfast had stopped now’ place wants re staffing or closing down. SHOCKING!! I will not be goin back there I’d rather drive to one thats miles away from my home!! Some of the staff could do with a smack due to some of there attitudes. Making McDonalds look like a comedy show !!

Great service as you’d expect from a drive thru Maccies. Everything hot even on a freezing day. Really enjoyed the festive menu items.
The burgers and coffee were nice, but the chips had barely any warmth to them and tasted stale. You'd think they'd cook fresh chips at 03:30, but it appears not.

Food and service was very good but they have trouble with kids on bikes. Couldn't hardly get in for them riding around the outside seating area or leaving their bikes strewn on the floor. One of the self service ordering machines was broken. A staff member said some kids had done it.Parking: It can get very busy so sometimes there's only one or two places free.

Placed order through uber eats food arrived and half of it was missing. Rang the store told me to come and collect what was missing. I had no transport to do so. Partners Meal was very cold on delivery ended up in bin then had to spend more money order from a takeaway. I don't understand how only half an order was put into the deliver bags and made ready for delivery without checking the order before it went out.
