The young girls working there were all absolutely lovely and were really helpful and really went out of their way to help me in any way that they could ...Nando's isn't really my type of place but I would visit here again and would highly recommend it to everyone as the staff and service is above and beyond ?Parking: Massive free retail carparkKid-friendliness: There were kids there playing happily whilst their adults ate peacefullyWheelchair accessibility: Yes with a disabled toilet on the lower floor and staff were really helpful and came to me as I'm disabled

Unfortunately, slightly below average nandos experience here. We have 3 other nearby nandos to choose from and have enjoyed those better.
Food wasn't up to the usual nandos standards. Staff were great though.

Really enjoy nandos and the food quality is good in all locations including this one however last 2 visits in the last month have been sub par. First time, our food was left on the side for over 35 minutes and we had to ask the staff if our food was ready for them to actually check on it. The second visit, we placed our order at the till, received no food for 45 minutes. After asking staff where our food was, they said they didn't even receive an order despite us having a physical receipt! On both occasions, the location wasn't particularly busy so not sure what was happening. Based on these two experiences, we would advise to avoid this location and find a nandos in Warrington instead.

Usually good. But had to wait to be served for agers, left standing at the till. Finally served by assuming shift manager Faye, who came across abrupt and unapproachable. Was food was brought to our table, we informed the staff that there was no knifes n was told they was in the dishwasher. We was left over 10 minutes before we could eat and still wasn’t given a knife we just had to look out for them being put out. By this time the chicken had gone dry, chips cold and garlic bread cold also. While sat at the table the manager was cleaning another table close by and left the table tilted up and walked off, leaving the table to fall making a loud noise. We was not asking if we needed anything else when given the food and the staff walked away quickly. Again I was left standing at the till while the staff walked past without serving myself.

Staff were very rude to me and my daughter we both left that place feeling like the staff didn’t care about us or our needs wasn’t asked if there were any allergies when my daughter is allergic to nuts. If i didn’t say something when i was ordering my food maybe something could have gone wrong. And the majority of staff members who were just behind the food counter on their phones was unbelievable. Absolutely shocking will not be eating in there. And i wish people could here how this young blonde lady was speaking to the delivery drivers it was horrible to listen to.Kid-friendliness: nothing for kids and it was absolutely boiling in there felt like they had there heating on full.
