I can't even begin to describe how bad the food was that I had delivered a few nights ago.... Paid nearly £5 for the smallest spring rolls ever, The hot and sour soup was like dishwater.Chicken wings were really soggy and the OK sauce was like vinegar.Char sui fried rice came out the plastic container solid in a block ???Never ever again.

Worst soup I’ve tried. It was hot which is as much as I can say. The hot and sour was neither of those things and had pretty much no meat, veg or seasoning in it. Genuinely dreadful.

Food arrived cold, ordered salt and pepper chicken for £8.90 hardly no chicken full of onions. Noodles were all stuck together. Would not order from there

Have had stuff from here before, and although very scruffy looking...always thought it was OK... ordered curry extra hot ...was absolutely bland ... definitely not hot ... prawn crackers were soft/stale... telephoned them, to make sure no one else had these soft crackers delivered to be told they were OK as they had just been cooked...and the chef said the curry was extra hot.... told them I wasn't after any money or anything was just telling them... they didn't seem bothered and said the food was OK... So we won't be getting food from them again !!! An apology would have been more than enough !!

This was absolutely ridiculous, wouldn’t of even fed this to my dog , called up and complained and got hung up on , don’t know how this shop is even in business , sweet and sour chicken were like pop bites and the sauce was watered down , the soft noodles were so dry , looked like and tasted like hay , thoufht I give this shop a try because it’s closer to home but would rather drive another 3 minutes and go to golden city , perhaps the chef should actually go their and eat the food . Their lucky after hanging up on me I didn’t walk in and dump their dog food on the ground
One of the best takeaways in the area. Love the Singapore Fried rice and the Noodle boxes are to die for. Would always recommend.Vegetarian options: Everytime we ask for no egg and they make it without.

After years of using this Chinese and always ordering the same food, our food came this evening and the River Queen Special Rice that is mixed meat came devoid of any meat and was full of broccoli stalks! I rang to tell them how disappointed I was and was told they would add more meat next time!! There won’t be a next time - Goodbye ?

Well to start off todays night we thought we would treat our selves to our once a month takeaway. so we ordered of urber eats. We ordered it at 17:50 and it came at 19:20. All 5 of us are starving ravished even! We have been craving a chinese all month. At last it came before we wasted away and this is the scariest thing i've experienced all halloween month. To start of what feels like a horror story, My duck chowmein was a rectangle and filled my whole plate once patted down. I also ordered some 'salt and pepper chips' which were as blande as carboard. Never in all my time on this earth have i had to put mayonnaise all over salt and pepper chips. Prawn toast is my favourite thing from a chinese and oh my god!! I've been put of it. It was warn bread cut in half with a bit of prawn on top. I feel sick. The only decent thing about the meal was the chowmein which is the only thing i ordered with flavour and the coke. Shame on you river queen
