Poor visit today I'm afraid. Wales the dogs and stopped for a drink. My hot chocolate was nice but my husband's americano was dreadful. Tasted burnt and extremely weak. Also spoiled by the fact that no one bothered to clear the table we sat at and there were a couple more with festering cups.It was steady not manic so clearing would have been nice.I mentioned to the guy that made the coffee that it was poor. He just said sorry and made no attempt to make amends. I didn't want anything back, but it was just all round poor service today. Will stop at Tim Houghton's next time, never had a bad coffee there.

Really liked this place, friendly staff and a very clean store.
The food and coffee were fine but it was very noisy and not much space to sit. Ended up eating in the car!

Terrible experience with staff here was very disappointed! The person who served was nice enough but the barista had a bad attitude and didn’t add whipped cream and when I asked politely if this could be done he rolled his eyes and was very rube about it - considering how much a coffee is now a days it would be nice to receive good experience. Very disappointing Starbucks!
