Not a bad place to stop off for coffee. Amount of seating not the greatest not helped by one guy taking up a table for 5 on his own with his laptop! Friendly staff & conveniently located.

Nice place, friendly staff and polite. Issue with the air-conditioning which is switched on, Making the environment freezing. It's the 11/10!! Asked a member if they can switch off and they did for 10 minutes and then back on. Not a cozy environment. It's 11 degrees outside, I would expect heating on and not a constant cool breeze

I come here regularly. The staff are so friendly, the service is excellent.
Visited for a drink on two occasions and found it to be fast service but my latest visit felt very noisy which is a shame as I enjoy relaxing in coffee shops. Alot of the tables were filled with leftover mugs and plates and although not incredibly busy it seemed to take a long time for staff to come over to clear them.The iced drinks I have tried have been nice so I have enjoyed them.

Well all the stars that I give are for Lily because from most of the Starbucks staff that I have asked for my usual iced cappuccino she is the only one that makes it always the same taste and perfect the picture below is how should look an iced foam cappuccinoI have tried from different areas of Starbucks. They always make it wrong too sweet or not sweet at all or too milky so that girl needs ???? thank you Lily

Had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for my drink - my food came before my drink was even started! The overriding priority is given to the drive through. My first visit here and my last! I used to visit the Gemini one before the drive through and that was the same. I have been to other Starbucks (the one at Warwick mainly) who have the situation under control. There never seems be a problem there!!

Thank you to the server today, that offered to give me my coffee on the house. I pulled over to Starbucks because I was upset while driving. I was going to sit down and get myself together but lost my composure whilst ordering and burst into tears (mortified now). Thank you for your patience and kindness today. I didn't catch her name, but she is a credit to the team.

I'd give 0 if I could. Won't take cash said its because they keep being broken into. Atleast have the decency to tell the truth. So me and young daughter had to leave as they wouldn't serve us unless I paid by card. Which is wrong
