Good attentive staff helped me with a healthy option

never been so annoyed in a subway, server didn't listen and nearly gave me the wrong bread, didn't confirm which of the three chickens my partner asked for and just started making him a random sandwich, when I specifically asked for a couple of jalapeños they put a massive handful on and then finally when it came to pay they charged us for everything in our meals individually rather than putting through the deal and bagged it up without any napkins, bear in mind I had ordered a meatball sub, the wrapper had disintegrated by the time I went to open it and I ended up with sauce everywhere

Great customer service etc, all things enjoyable. But it's only open like 1/3 of the time I wanna eat subway :((. Closes way too early. Literally hire me for night shift.

Stood waiting for 10 minutes while the girl working on her own was making up a takeaway order, she acknowledged me straight away and apologised saying she’ll be a few minutes, that’s a good point, I don’t mind waiting.\\nAnother customer came in, along with the delivery driver, they got talking about bikes.\\nWe all stood waiting for a few more minutes, the girl making up the takeaway order shouted someone in the back to help, she told the person who came out that I was first in the queue.\\nThis new server immediately served the guy who walked in last, I said ‘I was here first’ she looked at me with a blank expression and continued to serve the other guy, so I walked out and could hear them all laughing!\\nSo yer, I’d give zero stars but google won’t let me!

Food was nice but no help for new customers. Music too loud to hear the staff who didn't speak good English anyway. My missus asked for a 6 inch sub and the guy started making me an identical sandwich despite me being gluten intolerant and not having said what I wanted. He then rolled his eyes when I asked for gluten free bread, kept asking if I wanted cheese on my tuna sandwich etc. Just really hard going. The guy on the till was disinterested, didn't give us cups for drinks or point us in the direction of the drinks machine. Most of the tables were covered in rubbish or debris from previous customers even though the staff had time to stand around and talk or sing along to the radio. I do hope all Subway stores aren't this bad

A member of staff here called Ross asked if I would like him to change his gloves as I had asked for vegan option. I have never been asked at other subway branches. Very impressed that the member of staff took into consideration diverse customer requirements.

Really disappointed in this subway. Would rather die than eat here. But i have to say the new management seems to have improved the quality by sacking some staff. Was really unhappy with how i was treated by a boy with rather skinny legs(must never do leg day) and his lanky mate. Recommend people stay away from here till they clear up this issue.
