It was excellent for the money, attentive staff and great interior. Food was good but could have a better range on offer. Drinks are dear. But still worth it. It was quite but we were in the afternoon.

I got a takeaway recently with my family. Whilst the food was delicious and they cater for gluten free. My mum was extremely disappointed she ordered poppadoms and there were only 2 halves of a broken poppadom in a bag. Not the usual 4 or 5.My mum couldn't be bothered complaining but i thought it was poor service really.

Having seen a few negative reviews ( mostly concerning takeaways ) we weren't sure if standards had slipped, and the restaurant was quiet, which was unusual.However the food was excellent ( special mention for the Sylheti Chicken ) and the service was still good, so we needn't have worried. Fantastic venue. Building is a real gem. Excellent food and service. Couldn’t fault it. Chicken tikka madras was so beautifully tasty with a perfect amount of heat. You will not be disappointed.

Ten out of Ten does not do it justice. The Service, Food and ambience for my family and myself was beyond great. I could not fault it one bit (and the price was good as well). The staff each deserve a pat on the back, they could not do enough.

Went with some friends who told us about the Sunday buffet and how good it was. Must say the food was lovely the staff were great and the price was very reasonable, would recommend this Sunday buffet if you are a fan of India food you won't find any better than this.

My wife and I when to the Indian cottage yesterday for the 12 o’clock buffet but it was not open at 12 o’clock as indicated on the poster out side the restaurant we went back at 1230pm to be told by a man at the door the buffet would not be ready for a further 30min and advise to come back later my wife and I was very disappointed and left

Can't really comment on the food, service or the atmosphere. We went today at about 9.45pm to find the place closed, online it days open u till 11pm. Plus no notice on door to say it's closed.
