We only got takeout coffee, the service we got was good. One suggestion, Cakes and Biscuits should be under domes/cloches as a fly was landing on the uncovered cakes!!! Other than that it was great.

The coffee and service as expected was good. But come on who had the idea to have an automated outdoor in a café?? People can stand next to the door keeping opened and you can enjoy the coffee because it is freezing

Stopped here whilst waiting to go ice skating. Typical and busy Costa but what really stood out was how friendly and accommodating the staff working there were.

Great service, great coffee, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The only thing that spoiled the atmosphere is some people don't know the difference between conversation and shouting.

Nipped in to kill some time. Rather dirty store with uncleaned tabled and bits of food on the floor. Long que as service was slow. My pot of tea came in a dirty tea pot- brown tea stains out the spout and around the lid, these where able to wiped off so no excuse for serving dirty.. staff disinterested or just didn't care. Free parking, outside seating, disability access but rather cramped in store.

Coffee wasn't nice and porridge consisted of hot liquid poured on a tub of oats which you're supposed to wait to cook in their own heat pot-noodle style... except they don't. Absolutely grim, go maccies instead.
