Something strange happened - my niece turned up out the blue with her boyfriend and subsequently bought us a pizza each from the Widnes venue. We had great service - delivery just perfect and kept in line with app tracker. Food was hot in prefect condition ( delivery’s can mess food up) . The pizzas were really nice. TOP marks for this experience We would use dominoes more often if they were not as expensive. So for this experience we very happy - well done..

I phoned my order in to Widnes branch today Sunday 10th December and the young lad took my order 100% customer service well mannered and very polite and this was the same when collecting my order well done lad sorry didn't get

Came after 20 mins pizza hot and tasty best dominos and place to order from in Widnes especially when I got let down from kebab house that had me waiting 2 hours and cancelled the order.

Regardless of the food from here I will never order from them again, ordering direct through the web site now has a mandatory delivery fee, service fee and mostly recently bag fee!!!

Pete the manager must of been in a bad mood. Phoned Widnes store literally 30 seconds after husband order wrong pizza online. After they answered phone which to be fair was pretty fast, Pete the manager said it was already in oven so it's hard luck there's nothing he could do! couldn't change it! no chance of refund! Talk about fast pizza prep ? . So no help at all

Called up to place an order and their online system wasn't working. When I arrived I was told they don't accept cash. No mention of this was made on the phone when I placed my order.Very poor quality of service and management wasn't even apologetic about the fact that I've wasted my time going to the store to collect. Had no valid reason for not accepting cash.
