Went here today, only one other person in front of me and 2 members of staff behind the counter one serving the customer in front of me and one taking cold sausage rolls out of polythene bags and putting them in paper bags and walking to the back with them for some reason, while the person in front of me was still getting served someone else had walked in who the sausage roll bagger regonised and she stopped what she was doing and served them while I was stood there, I walked out of store and won't be back, greggs need to train their staff some basic manners towards customers

Called at Greggs widnes yesterday for a breakfast barm at 11am. Told they were no longer serving breakfasts???We went to poundbakery lovely staff made us 2 bacon Barmston and at half the price. Thank you

Cold food that meant to be at least warmEdit: another let down. After deciding to give them a chance, they refused to sell me a ham and cheese sandwich. Management you better take care of who is working there, as you loosing money by them refusing a sale
