Ordered breakfast at work through the mcdonalds app. Food said delivered which it wasn't. Ended up being passed round 8 different phone numbers with neither mcdonalds or uber accepting any responsibility. Immediately closed down my ober one, won't use uber again, uber eats or mcdonalds again. An absolute new bar raised in shocking customer service.

Just want to say wat a disgrace this mcdonalds store is, my daughter ordered 2 breakfasts with drinks for delivery through the mcdonalds app this morning, when the goods arrived Welll The goods where just 2 drinks AND NO BLOODY FOOD AT ALL This was delivered through Uber delivery this is absolutely disgraceful, HOW the fook does the staff work in there if they do not check they have all the correct items that the customer has ordered, paid for including a delivery charge, and you only end up receiving the drinks I DEFFOVWOULD AVOID EVERYONE using this store for any future deliveries I for will deffo not be Absolutely disgusting service

Consistently bad service food that seems to have been dropped from a great height into the boxes, takeaway drivers loitering parking in disabled spaces giving an uneasy atmosphere, I visited twice last week the first i was waiting 10 minutes for my food the 2nd time I was waiting 35 minutes this is for fast food it’s a joke

Staff manners and customer service is nothing short of a zero. We were greeted by an umpa lumpa who was rather rude, had no customer service skills what so ever and looked an absolute show. Miserable and couldn’t be bothered basically. Teach your staff some manners!!!

absolutely pathetic customer service. over half of our order was completely missing, and what we did receive was stone cold. contacted just eat customer service, and could only refund, not replace the missing food. so i contacted the business, who refuse to replace the missing food, and was incredibly rude. definitely do not recommend, and will only be ordering from the other 2 mcdonald’s in the future.

Soggy chips, no salt and food looks like it’s been kicked round the kitchen, how hard is it really to do a job you are paid to do! Literally everything comes in frozen so why is so hard to cook it correctly or at least take a bit of pride when making burgers, it’s not even like it’s cheap anymore and if any other restaurant served that we would boycott it. How this McDonald’s is still open is a miracle it’s possibly the worse McDonalds in the UK

I waited an hour and a half for my order and half of it was missing never going to order from this mcdonalds again and i'm sill waiting form my money to be returned. If your wanting mcdonals then go to a different on.

Yeah, easy to get to and you know what you are going to get. It's all in a very ordinary experience with egg that didn't look or taste like egg and bacon and sausage patty that really was bland.

The chips where rock hard, the burger looked like it been thrown about abit. Definitely will not be visiting this one again!! ??????

The staff may think they’re clever lining up a couple of dozen fries, unfortunately you, the customer- the one who pays their wage at the end of the day! Are left with less than hot, soggy fries. The burger may have tasted nice, if you could have cut through the massive amount of Mayo that swamped it! Diet Coke same as always, tastes nothing like Coke. I don’t visit McDonald’s very frequently, for good reason! When I have mentioned a problem in the past I’m normally greeted with incredulity and animosity. Different experience at McDonald’s abroad, certainly Stateside. As usual, we’re made to put up with substandard service and food in this country!

No where to park as Children’s and disabled spaces all taken with delivery drivers. Not a care and not bothered. Go inside and it’s equally packed with delivery drivers. No respect. Why not give them their own section.

Popped in for a breakfast, as car was in for a service over the road at Nissan. Immediately struck by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Absolutely spotless. Also, polite, pleasant and professional young lady served me. An enjoyable experience.

Every time I go here, I question myself why I have put myself through the pain! There is always a huge queue and not just because they are super busy but because the orders just get cocked up. Waiting to place my order and then about 3 cars from next line go through while I’m sat there Oh and they never put the dips in the bag and last time missed out a portion of fries!!! Sat there rummaging through the bag to make sure the whole order is there before driving off Please just speed up the pace and get it right
