Mc Donald's asda Widnes. Worst, McDonald's ever extremely dirty very rude staff that don't even apologise for mistakes as for the food when we finally got it had to ask them to actually put milkshake in the cup, it had a tiny amount at the bottom there were hardly any fries in a medium size and a white coffee that actually made me want to vomit it was disgusting.

While I pick a few essentials from the adjacent supermarket I think, oh I’ll grab a Maccies. Theoretically it’s a great idea. In actuality it’s always a disappointment. Ordering from the machine, there’s no paper. So you need to both notice and recall your order number. Then you wait, sometimes 15 minutes. Fast food, not exactly. Then eventually your number is called. No one waits to check your order is correct. You take your bag and head out. It never fails to disappoint. The burger is frequently slapped together misaligned. When you pay for a special edition, it’s a lottery of whether you will actually get all your ingredients. No red onion on the smokehouse Mccrispy today. No ice in my drink, luke warm, poorly mixed, almost flat. The fries were generous, but cold. It’ll be a long while before I chance the place again, usually when time dulls my memory of its awfulness.

This McDonald's always gets your order wrong, the order machines never have receipt paper and the staff are miserable and really do not enjoy their job

Always busy, always noisy, full of yelling, screaming kids, full of shopping trolleys, you just can’t have lunch in piece at this place. For take away it’s ok.

Staff we’re working there socks off. But I went in for food not the staff. The plant burger was clearly microwaved. The hot chocolate had no chocolate so asked for it to be replaced. This was done quickly even though they were busy with food for those to lazy to travel. This second cup had no chocolate in it. Apparently this is normal. Won’t be getting hot chocolate from McDonald’s again. Well I did not get any chocolate on my visit anyway. Felt really sorry for the staff.

Ordered the McCrispy and it came raw. Lovely and pink and dripping with juice!! Absolutely vile!! They did give me a fresh one which was cooked but shouldn't have to go through the rigmarole!! Definitely will never eat at this Maccies ever again!!

I was shocked when I walked in,the floor was full of litter,food and spillages plus the tables needed a good wipe because they were sticky,plus it wasn't that busy and we waited ages for our food,I won't be visiting again.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s we have visited. Rubbish outside , doesn’t look inviting. The floors and tables where left with litter . The food was only warm, I had to send a burger back as the bacon was cold . Husband went to the mens toilets and said they where disgusting, sinks dirty and floors wet. Won’t be coming here again .
