Went on for a Sunday lunch wow what a lunch it was you got loads of food it was very tasty but next time I'll get the child size I couldn't manage it all and was a shame to waste good food very friendly and pite staff lovely warm atmosphere will definitely be back

Hmmm...went for Christmas Dinner...think staff were only recruited that morning...didn't have a clue...girl serving us was too busy twirling her ponytail to be bothered...scraped our leftovers from our plates onto plate on table...so off putting...we felt like we were an inconvenience...no one asked if we wanted a drink...so my husband went to bar...and his food got served and went cold whilst he waited to be served...sorry won't bother to go again.

Two words… sh*t show! Food came out freezing and not edible. Sent all four meals back and came back out again 30 mins later, still freezing. Staff don’t have a clue what they are doing or how to run a pub, not one brain between them. Shocking!

Took my grandson for breakfast with Santa yesterday (16/12/23). Must say, the whole experience was brilliant. Well done to the staff Natalie and Hannah for making us feel so welcome. Big shout out to the Chefs too, Lewis and Mark, those breakfast wraps were delicious. From beginning to end this was a lovely experience for us all. Thanks to the Santa also for accommodating my grandson and his awkward questions. You are all stars

The service and the food were both excellent. After eating breakfast there today we have booked for the Santa experience later in the month. One of our party needed a gluten free breakfast. I ordered using the app and the order arrived exactly as we had requested. All of the food was excellent. I strongly recommend the Observatory great food great service.

Really good friendly family pub, the bar staff informed us of the footy specials which were really good value for money and saved us a few quid on drinks! Waiting on staff were brilliant and food was lovely, highly recommended.

I don't like leaving bad reviews as to impact any businesses negatively but the experience we had yesterday was horrendous. We turned up to our pre-booked table and quickly ordered, I was told they had no Sunday roasts left and the wait for food would be 30mins, disappointing but not the end of the world. After 1hr10mins still no food, I asked the young guy behind the bar if at the very least the children's meals could be prioritised as understandably they have been waiting a long time, he checked a screen and said our meals were due out in around 10mins... 25mins later the food finally arrived! So over 1hr30 wait rather than the 30mins they first suggested. I wouldn't mind but the place wasn't even overly busy. Food was absolutely horrible my sons fish fingers where like bricks but the icing on the cake was after a few bites of my food I noticed a hair in my food!! I ended up feeling sick all night. To wait so long and be given food I wouldn't even serve to my dogs! Shocking! I wouldn't come back here if it was the last place on earth!

Me and my boyfriend come every weekend for breakfast and have not once been dissatisfied, the staff are so lovely and extremely helpful! Also the food is absolutely amazing we have never been disappointed!
