Stayed here for New Years Eve due to visiting family. Staff at reception were all lovely, very friendly.The room was spacious and clean, 2 adults and 1 child in the room.Brilliant location, everything you needed was in walking distance.Would stay here again if needed.Thank you very much to all the staff there. ?

Stayed 2 nights 5/6 Dec. Initial room (320) not happy as clear prob with air con system, lack of ventilation had led to excess condensation and slight mould presence. Changed rooms due to air con noise, failing to switch off. Having said that, room was a good size, relatively clean and very comfortable bed. Moved to room 203, a huge improvement, fab size, cleaner, although could be improved around toilet fittings! Lovely easy to use shower over bath set up. Major plus point were the reception staff, all very helpful and friendly ? Another plus was the arrangement with the Brewers Fayre, breakfast and meal facilities a short walk across the way. Decent food, pleasant staff, and plenty of space ?
