Useless. They supposedly offer Collect+ parcel return services but EVERY time you go in they say there's 'no room' or they 'have no bags'. Four times in a row across a two month period so they're clearly not interested in sorting it. Beginning to think it's just a ploy to get you to fill up your car while you're there and by the time they say no to your parcel it's too late. The forecourt is dirty and the fuel is massively more expensive than other stations in the area and other Shell garages as well. They need to stop offering services they can't provide and start training staff on how to help customers.

Never seen a more disappointing garge, staff are non existent and as much use as a chocolate spoon, just forget about this place and move on u will thank me

Avoid at all cost we put £20 of v power diesel in today and got 60 miles for our privilege the prices at this place are always a rip off and shop is same too so don't give them the benefit of your custom.To the manager of this station I must ask is this an independent run station so you can set your own prices or is owned and run by Shell?

Avoid is a must. This is the most expensive petrol station in the entire Halton area. I have done a survey over last 2 years and is always 4p litre more to the next expensive. This garage is on my doorstep but I drive 2 miles to the next one to fill up saving me over £10 on.full tank . All products inside are also nearly twice as much as other stations. Its independent run under shell name and its a total rip off. First station to hit 150.9 a litre as of 16th October

This garage is dodgy the pumps are not releasing fuel immediately at least £5.00 has past before the fuel begins...... Avoid this place at all cost.
