Had a delivery took literally 15 mins forgot me can of pop forgot I ordered it 2 seconds later a guy knocked the other lady forgot my can that is top notch service and the food is delicious 10/10

This used to be our local go to Chinese but we have had so many bad experiences here.Items being missed of the order / delivery.Delivery always being 1 - 2 hours.Food always hard, stale and cold.

I think star moon has new owners. This is the second meal I have had and tonight there was hardly any meat in my meal. It was chopped up so small I could hardly see it and I found 1 prawn. Joke. I won't be going again

Well where do I start I ordered cheese omlette it comes with chips and peas I was sat waiting for my takeaway there were chips already wrapped in the warmer which I saw the girl do maybe 5 mins ago when I ordered a girl came out the back instructed the front desk girl to empty those chips back into the serving tray for my meal I questioned this and was told no there freshly cooked when I blatantly see them do this I got home my chips were cold and hard obviously been warmed up more than once the omlette was nothing to shout out about so thick I couldn't taste anything everything gone on the bin I will not be going there again my advise avoid really not good at all

What’s gone wrong here had a lot of meals from here and always very satisfied, tonight we thought we would treat ourselves to what we thought was going to be very enjoyable but to our dismay it was totally inedible,when it arrived it was only lukewarm the salt & pepper ribs tasted of curry and the ribs was tiny bits and very fatty my husband ordered fish chips & mushy peas the chips was awful and the peas was very hard they wasn’t mushy like thought the chow mien was bland so everything went in the bin won’t be having anymore star moon meals the quality has really gone downhill, if you want a nice Chinese meal order from Chinese restaurant like chi na garden best food ; we’ve lost all faith in star moon

I don't normally write reviews but It is now under new management, (thank God )And NOW this is by far the BEST takeaway in Widnes , everything is fresh and tastes it , I would have thought the prices would have risen but they have actually gone down which is good to be able to afford a little treat , I highly recommend this takeaway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, delivery time has improved also , and the drivers arn"t miserable ? always service with a smile thank you all atSTAR AND MOONBethVegetarian options: A really good range of meat free meals too

The most poor so called Chinese meal I have ever had , the vast majority of the meal was deposited in the kitchen bin , and then deposited to the outside bin, I ordered special fuyoung with chips and salt and pepper ribs with a small tip it cost £ 20, the chips were over cooked dry warm ups , the ribs did not in any way be regarded as salt and pepper ribs , they just were bits of fat on bone , the so called fuyoung was scrambled egg with bits of dry meat , I don't like complaining, however the Chinese takeaways in widnes need to get there act together, I will not use the shoo ever again , worse than poor

Salt and pepper is so good, the takeaway would be better if they did a salt and pepper box, this would improve the service for me and would encourage me to eat here more often. The staff were help and pleasant, have never used the delivery service so couldn't comment, hence the 4 stars but collection is fineWheelchair accessibility: No, but is a 2 may 3 steps
