Must say I'm very impressed with the order I placed today at Widnes Subway. My order was fairly large, everything with it was spot on, 7 subs, 4 starters, desserts and drinks. Excellent service Widnes Subway, very happy with the order, I was a little concerned ordering with it being a large order and expected something to be incorrect but 100%. Thank you ? and well done ?

The service is disgraceful. The ingredients from my sub fell out onto the work service and was mopped back onto my sandwich. My order wasn't correct and i was charged incorrectly. The manager has the wrong attitude & needs to be re-trained on her customer service skills. She wasn't bothered in the slightest. I will NOT be returning.

The staff are abysmal. The way they spoke to me was absolutely shocking, and that was about 2 sentences before going back to pretending i didn't exist.The food is fine, bread tastes a bit stale compared to other subways but you're getting what you're paying for.Should have just spent the money for delivery from another store.

service fantastic. The Staff are awesome. I am a regular at Widnes. although I do have a gripe, COFFEE MACHINE IS OUT OF ORDER ON A HIT AND MISS BASIS. It stops me staying for food! It's winter people will want hot drinks. I have come in today and coffee machine not working again so I went to Greggs over the road!

Once again ordered two sandwiches, both incorrect, this is like the tenth time they have sent the wrong or incorrect meal.Last week I found a hair in my sandwich and today they sent sandwiches on the wrong bread, not toasted as ordered and put cheese on my sandwich that I did not want.I went to the subway to speak to staff about the problem and was met with a snotty attitude.I explained I work hard for my money and am fed up of getting the wrong meal or incorrect meal.The staff here are really incompetent I said I’ll take other items for my money as I am not going to be able to to eat the sandwich they made. I got threatened with police so I just launched my sandwich at a wall in the premises. Clean that up as you need a new job eh. Bad muppetsSuggest if anyone want a subway, order from the one up Widnes town, the staff there are not as daft and more chance of getting the food you order!

Shop is too small. Not that tidy. Only 2 staff on so service was slow especially as they were doing uber orders too. Bits of food has been dropped into other food containers which is probably because the staff just throw back the food that won't fit on the sandwich. Staff member questioned me 3 times on whether I was sure that I didn't want cheese on my sandwich before it was toasted! Customer in front of me ended up walking out because the staff kept getting his sandwiches wrote eventhough he had written them down- perhaps the staff should have finished the order before throwing the piece of paper away!

Every aspect of the delivery was wrong. Salad I’d not include actual salad despite the website saying it’s included. One Sandwich had the complete wrong toppings and the other had the wrong bread.To add insult to injury, their phone number provided on Google doesn’t work, so they can’t be called to correct it. Utterly appalling.

Missing food and no way of contacting the store! Even rang another store for the Widnes subway number and they couldn’t even help! Absolutely shocking!
