Ordered food still hadn’t arrived, after 1.40hours. Asked for a refund, kept telling me no, go online but there was no option to get refund. Complained again and they said it will be back in my account in 5 mins. 30 mins later and no money. Terrible service. Terrible people. Steal money.

Second time trying this place and it was such a disappointment on my last visit. The first time was ok and met the owner who was friendly and made sure the food was decent. On this second visit he wasn’t there and the staff were outright rude. “What do you want”, “what else” and “you have to get cash” was how I was spoken to. To add further insult the guy decided to round my bill up by 25p! It didn’t even go into a charity box, he just felt it was ok to round my bill up. I forget to add that their card machine wasn’t working suspiciously so the guy made we walk up the high street to a cash point. We ordered fried chicken, a chicken burger meal and a pizza. The food was really really bad - the fried chicken was the worst I think I’ve ever had, it was pink inside the batter was tasteless and soggy. The chicken was a weird texture and hard / dry - almost like it had been sat on the hot plate for hours. There are SO many good burger places just a few minutes drive away and they are head and shoulders above this place. I definitely won’t be using Frangos anymore. You can’t get away with this standard of food. If the owner is reading this, I think you need to get a grip of your takeaway before your staff ruin it.

Giving 3 stars as it s not bad every time.. I ordered peri peri grilled chicken every it cam with a new flavour. Some time it is the right one n very tasty. Most of the salad missing from a meal deal. They dnt read instructions properly which i add while putting the order.
