Izzy, our waitress, was absolutely incredible. Extremely attentive, kind, efficient and friendly. I can't praise her enough, she deserves a raise. It was a busy night and she had a smile on her face the entire time and made my dad feel special as it was his birthday. The food itself was also delicious and perfectly cooked. The tomato on the steak plate looked a bit sad and the booth needed a bit of a dust.
Friendly and fast service, staff were informative, helpful and personable. Food was excellent.

Took at least 40 mins for meal to come out from ordering and pub wasn’t really busy either . Only 2 staff on very poor rotas. Chicken came out dry and hard round edges and was my 87th birthday meal I only noticed and asked her when she was half way through it . My ribs delicious but chicken spoilt her birthday meal out .

Overall it was a nice experience, first arrived and the entrance was not very obvious as there was a sign for a steak house but didn't really resemble the brand in my opinion, upon arrival with 2 kids in prams there was also obvious way of entering other than the steps outside or a fire exit at the side of the building. We managed our was inside and were greeted and sat down immediately, we decided to change tables which was no hassle to the waiting staff and cleaned down and more suited table for us. For me I felt this site needs a bit of a makeover the interior decor and overall feel felt old fashioned and comparing it to the other miller and carter's we visited felt lacking. On a positive the food arrived very quickly and was delicious, everything went down a treat and it was as to be expected from the venue.Only other thing I had to mention was the wooden board at the bottom of the booth we were sat at was loose and fell off as we were leaving. Also the disabled wc needed cleaning and was dirty.Over all a positive experience and I enjoyed it.
