Very rude and unhelpful staff. Went to drop off a parcel, he said that the system is down.Went to pay money into my bank account, another day, another member of staff, via pay point, again, system is down.I usually fill up with petrol there once a week, and get a few bits of shopping while I’m there, but will never go there again. Lazy staff.

Very unhelpful staff at night. We've had multiple parcels delivered by Yodel here when we are away and it is always a battle to get our parcels released. There is no collection code provided, but we have proof of delivery, purchase, ID, email threads, tracking codes, thecard items were purchased on and I still can't get my parcel. Now I have to make another trip to speak to a manager where the till isn't going to scan the barcode again... On top of this the member of staff made offensive comments about my photo on my ID

Rude and incredibly unhelpful staff. I’ve dragged over 3 big heavy parcels for the fourth time to be told I can’t drop them off. This is my only drop off location as I don’t have a car. Man at the desk clearly has an attitude problem as per all the previous reviews. Will not be using this place again. All staff need a course in customer service and manners. Collect+ will be losing many customers because of this place - I’ll take my business parcels elsewhere!

The man in here today is always so rude won’t be going in again. Thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt and try again but must be his permanent personality!

Topped up my meter key here and paid got home and no credit on my key, I live 40mins away and had to get a taxi to take me there and back as it was the nearest place to get electric,Tried to ring but no one picking up the phone its now 11pm I've just worked a 12 hour shift and now have no choice but to go to bed with no electric as I've work early tommorow and can't afford another 12 quid for a taxi, it's bad enough I'm £32 out of pocket and with no electric but they can't even be arsed to pick up the phone

Got to the petrol station just as tanker pulled up. My wife's car runs on LPG and she needed the car the next day to take her 96 year old disabled mother to a funeral. The delivery driver was rude and abusive to me and my wife when I tried to explain why we needed LPG as was the person in the kiosk, they refused to let us fill. My wife was in tears as we left. This was on 12 May at 1930hrs approx. Shell Wilmslow, Cheshire, near where we live. This meant we had to drive to Denton approx. 30mile round trip. I hope you and your driver are proud of yourselves.

Yodel never accepted here despite apparently being a drop off / pick up point. I’ve been 3 times now and their printer is always down.

We went yesterday for diesel as were running on empty and there was a queue on the road as with all the other petrol stations with everywhere running out. The prices displayed were 145 compared to 135 in all other stations, absolutely ridiculous prices taking advantage of the situation.

I am shopping here every night after work and tonight at 22.30 i went there to do my shopping as normal and have to wait outside for 15 minutes, no staff in the shop. then when he is show up i told him that i has been waiting for 15 minutes and he said “ I don’t care you have to wait i know more than you “ . that’s shocking. this is not the first time this guy behaved like this my partner don’t do shopping here anymore because of this cashier. and in fact i will not allow anyone from my work place to shop here anymore until this cashier sorted.

Petrol station with convenience store attached. Prices are a little high but to be expected. Fair range of essentials available.

I went into the petrol station 2 weeks ago to fill up my LPG bottle for my Vw Camper.Something that I have done at other petrol stations.I asked initially in the shop whether I could and was met by undecipherable replies from an Asian cashier.I asked him to repeat it twice when he blurted out to me about my bottle being a bomb and it could blow up the whole petrol station.I looked at him with total and utter disbelief.I will not be going back there again for any fuel whatsoever.Manners are free.
