Awful service with Ventis been half full to missing straws and other items from Wilmslow startbucks, and im a startbucks lover, but i guess here in the uk, they are not capable of providing the same amazing service that they do in Franschhoek South Africa sadly going to have to find a new place to take my daily orders...

After years of coming here to starbucks I feel it's gone all down hill due to new management I had my regular coffee order which had the new manager from Costa make my coffee the coffee had a burned taste to it had it replaced and the second attempt complete fail tasted like caffinated water I came in the morning this manager does not even do stock level checks numerous times I have heard customer wanting oat milk and no oat milk for customers the new manager is destroying the reason people come to starbucks this is starbucks not costa From Mr 8 shot coffee

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to. Tried several times hoping for improvement but no. Wont be using again.
The service has improved here and is now quite quick. I used to avoid. I’ve been coming here for about 25 years

This is a typical Starbucks store, serving Wilmslow town centre on Grove Street. They have a nice amount of seating and the store is relatively comfortable inside, with entrances at the front and the back of the store, with outdoor and indoor seating. The staff here seem friendly enough, but I do think the service has gone downhill slightly in recent years, with a lot of new staff members coming in. Beverage quality is generally up to the usual Starbucks standards, however stock of food items / specific beverages could be improved, and they seem to be out of stock of items frequently. I do find the store shuts far too early, closing at 18:00 during the week, and 17:00 on a Saturday, which is a huge inconvenience. 3* - Typical Starbucks store, nothing too special, but there are certainly worse spots around town for a coffee.

Arrived at 3:35 with 2 staff serving and one at the end writing something from her phone on paper. Took 10 minutes to order and then the one at the end of the counter went outside and started to bring things in to close I assume. The one making the drinks had to make one 3 times for the person 3 in front of me. The other behind the counter finally was able help after taking orders and they didn’t know where they were up to. Took another 15 minutes for us to get the first drink and then watched her remake the other two without measuring anything over the course of the next 10 mins. One of them didn’t have any coffee in it and I had to explain what needed to be done to get it made properly. The last one wasn’t right and had to be remade again as well. All in it took 30 minutes for 3 drinks and the flavour was not what we are used to either. Gone down hill since the changes have come along. The poor girl was obviously new but NO support. Appalling experience and not worth the money.
