Deceptive advertising on their Facebook. New menu will price slash. They just don't let you know they slash the quantity and raise the price per dish as well.Just say the prices went up.Food is good most of the time, just put off by their advertising.

This place used to be good, highlighted by the food. That was a while ago though. The last time we went the service was absolutely diabolical. This time it was better, but still not great. This time the food was just average. This would be okay, but when you're paying over the odds, it's not good enough.Won't be going there again.

Enjoyed lunch with an old friend when visiting the area. The sashimi and roll we selected were OK, nothing special, but perfectly acceptable. The 'star' was our Pork Ramen soup which was VERY VERY nice. Great flavor and ingredients.Service wasn't a disaster, but our server seemed like he'd just left secondary school and this was his first day :O food was also a little slow coming out of the kitchen, but this was not a problem for us, as we had time to kill.

Went here for a work lunch and they re doing two courses and a soft drink for 14 quid. Great stuff... I had the katsu curry and breaded chicken which was delicious and I had the chicken on sticks thing (can't remember the name, but is was also great... maybe chicken teriyaki). Well recommended, enjoyed it all. The photos are what someone else had... one is chilli chicken upon noodles, the other some for of sushi.

Hands down the best sushi place in Greater Manchester! So delicious and super fresh. I enjoyed the Zumuku special roll and the Fuji roll very much, but the eel nigiri they make is out of this world! On top of that, the place offers 50% off all sushi (except sharing platters) every Tuesday..tbh it's an unbeatable quality, price and overall experience!

The sushi was amazing - and we’ve tried plenty of sushi restaurants. Presentation was fab too. Staff are so friendly and we never waited for drinks or anything! Have recommended to all my family!

Probably the most expensive and simultaneously worst sushi I've ever had. Not fresh, rolled poorly, slow delivery. For two people, a huge waste of £54 for 3 normal sized rolls (their rolls are only 5 pieces so you have to double up) and a tasteless overpriced miso soup.

Found online. Gorgeous interior, service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We had the all you can eat menu, very good value for money. Would definitely recommend. Will be returning!Wheelchair accessibility: Not in a wheelchair but went in when I had a broken ankle and a boot on. They were very accommodating and made sure to give us a downstairs table and did everything to make me comfortable.

Every time I travel to Wilmslow for work, I always visit Zumuku. Great Sushi love the chicken wings. Definitely would recommend going. If you love Sushi, you'll love Zumuku.

We arrived at 730pm, and our table of 3 was prebooked. We had to ask for a drinks menu when they came to take our order. We then ordered a bottle of red wine, a mocktail and bottle of tap water. We then ordered our starter and main which was a sharing platter. Our food began to arrive with no drinks. We then asked where they were to be told there was no bartender but they shouldn't be too long. A few minutes later we then had to ask if we could have the water at least. The water arrived, another question was raised about the drinks as everyone around us seemed to be getting theirs but to no avail. At 805pm I went downstairs to the bar and asked for the manager, explained that we still didn't have our drinks. She assured me they were on their way and apologised. At 815pm our wine arrived but no mocktail. A few minutes later the mocktail then arrived. When we got our bill they had taken off 10%, but added a service charge. This was my first trip to Zumuku and I would not return again. The platter was quite average and overpriced and the service was pretty appalling. The manager didn't come and apologise and the serving staff didn't really have any clue as to what was going on, and the only real acknowledgement of the time we waited was at the end when they wanted us to pay. A real disappointment.

Cannot cater for gluten free. Asked to sign a form to say if I eat gluten it’s not their fault. They still served a dish with gluten.
