Crazy that we've not tried MK before, when we're less than 5 mins away. We weren't sure they could deal with our allergies. But after a chat with the lovely, helpful owner/chef, we were reassured that she could rustle up a gluten and dairy free feast, and we were not disappointed. I had beef chilli nachos and hubby had pulled pork dirty fries. They were amazing! Fresh, delicious, packed with flavour and great portions - I couldn't quite finish all of mine. I can see this becoming a habit ?

Excellent and varied food served from a container turned kitchen. Tables available if it ever stops raining! I just Googlemap-stumbled across it on a recent trip down to Cornwall, and would thoroughly recommend this as a cheeky alternative to FnC or a pasty - NOTE currently cash only, and you do really need to order ahead via social media, but these aren't even quibbles ?

An amazing little Mexican serving take out from a Wednesday to Saturday, order by phone or in person with a great menu and sizeable portions of food. We ordered for a family of four bean chilli, quesadilla pulled pork and dirty fries and nachos. It was all really tasty and would recommend without hesitation

Wow, what an experience! We phoned late in the evening unsure if the Google timings were accurate (they were) After a quick friendly chat we made our way down. Had an easy conversation with the proprietor whilst she prepped food and assisted us in our choices. Food was ready 10 mins later. Food was simply amazing, loads of flavours that all worked well, just enough heat to make it interesting but not uncomfortable. Absolutely try them out, you will not be disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat path from carpark to serving window and kitchen door.

Food at Mexi-kernow is delicious! We had a rather large order, and tried a lot of the different dishes and all were fantastic, very fresh, great flavours. Portions were very generous too, a favourite was the scoopy box for the different variety included. Owner goes out of her way to give you great service. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was such a unique experience but well worth it if you want to have restaurant quality food at home! We ordered via Instagram and the owner was incredibly helpful we were able to get exactly what we wanted and collect at a time of our choosing. The ingredients and the flavours were amazing - the tequila fried prawns were a highlight - and the portions were generous!

We love a good Mexi-Kernow, there is nothing like it! In fact, when we have friends to stay, if we give them the option of a pub meal or Mexi-Kernow it is always the latter! We've never had a bad meal from here and the dirty fries are a firm favourite.it is always advisable to keep an eye out for the menu as soon as you can, things can sell out quickly, especially in the summer and there is nothing worse than getting excited about dinner and then realising it's all sold out! Their Facebook page always has the most recent menu and you can order via Facebook or call.Vegetarian options: There is always a vegetarian option on the menu; usually a variation of the main meal and an option for the dirty fries.Parking: There is parking for a number of cars right outside. This is great for when it is raining; you just wait to hear your name called!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading from the carpark to the collection window.Dietary restrictions: In the past they've done gluten free things for us which is really appreciated. Always give notice, though!
