Turned up to be told they couldn't find our our booking. I explained I'd booked on line for brunch, only to be told that they were no longer serving breakfast. I queried why we were allowed to book for breakfast at 11.15 and the response was that we were late! I agreed that we were indeed 5 minutes late and explained that I had phoned to say that we were running late, but couldn't get an answer and so had to leave a message. Its such a shame because we regularly frequent and promote this restaurant, but we will not be returning due to the manner in which we were treated. Unhelpful and unpleasant!

Popped in for breakfast, what a gem!

Great spot for breakfast/brunch. I had the shakshuka, which I've eaten all over the Middle East, and this was the best I've ever eaten in the UK. Great spicy baked eggs and toasted homemade bread.

Visited on a very busy Sunday afternoon for Sunday roast. Food was delicious, ample portions, good quality produce used (not sure about the cucumber on a roast?) and lashings of gravy. A bit on the expensive side but most enjoyable. There is certainly a buzz about the place, albeit a little noisy. Staff are so friendly, smiley and helpful.

The most amazing experience, god I wish all service was as friendly and attentive as tremenheere kitchen. The girls working the day we went couldn’t have been nicer. Everything arrived beautifully presented and tasted delicious and fresh. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. After exploring the most magical gardens we were greeted with huge smiles from the staff. We were lucky the sun was out so we got to sit on the terrace. The food arrived quickly as did the drinks, we asked for recommendations out of the fish choices and both opted for the crab linguine. Absolutely delicious and made even better by a glass of French rosè, someone knows their wine as it was top notch. We asked for coffees after and our waitress kept an eye on us and waited for us finish our wine before delivering delicious fresh ground coffees. Although this sounds obvious our waitresses attention to detail made the experience seamless for us.All in all a fantastic experience and we will for sure return again. In short, don’t miss out on this place, you can visit without using the garden so makes a great place just to pop in. I recommend calling ahead and booking!I’d give 10 stars if I could.

The venue was chosen by our friends for lunch. The location is second to none, we sat overlooking Mounts Bay and had a lovely view of St Michaels Mount. I had crab linguine, which was superb, although a little light on the crab, the others dined on chicken burgers, which was equally good. the atmosphere was very relaxed, the service was good our meal was followed by a walk around the gardens (entry tickets bought separately). A lovely way to spend an afternoon.

Breakfast was beautiful, probably the best I’ve ever eaten out! The Madeira mushrooms were incredible! Service was also lovely and everything so reasonably priced! Can’t wait to return!

We were visiting Cornwall from South wales and left it last minute to book for a Sunday roast. We searched on trip advisor and came across this beautiful place. I went to book and could see it was fully booked for the Sunday (was trying to book the day before) so messaged via their Facebook page to see if they accepted walk ins, the lovely lady replied saying they could fit us in for a quick lunch ( 1 1/2 hour table ) at 11:45am, this was prefect for us. We arrived in a beautiful location, we were sat right away and drinks order taken quickly. Me and my partner both had the beef Sunday roast whilst my toddler had the chicken dippers and chips, my meal was delicious . One of the best Sunday lunches I’ve ever had, my sons chicken was so soft and tasty, we had a coffee and cake for dessert. The cake was beautiful. I would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area to go! The staff were so friendly, couldn’t have done enough. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

Young women running the place are as good as ever but the quality of the breakfast/brunch has deteriorated significantly. Whilst I might have recommended it unreservedly last year I wont be doing the same this year. What happened to the delicious tomato ketchup relish served with the bacon sandwich? The menu price and the food served sadly dont now match.

Once again Tremenheere Kitchen exceeded all expectations to catch up over breakfast with family. Great service, great food, great place. We will be back very soon as it’s our ‘go to’ place. Thankyou xx

I've visited the Tremenheere kitchen many times and have never had a bad meal. The food is excellent and the menu changes seasonally, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the views are beautiful and importantly for us they are dog friendly (not inside). Whether you go for the sculpture gardens or just for a wander and lunch it's a lovely place to visit

We visited Tremenheere Kitchen during one of its first evening services. Our entire evening was faultless, put together with the amazing and very unique space that is Tremenheere Kitchen, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone considering a visit. The greeting when we arrived was friendly, efficient and very welcoming, which really set the tone for the evening that followed. We kicked off with the Panzanella salad, which we shared. Having eaten this dish in Italy, the chefs here had cleverly refined and elevated it….just delicious, and set our palates up for what was to come. My husband had the steak, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully tender, the homemade peppercorn sauce that accompanied it was just glossy goodness….yum! My hake was again perfectly cooked, and the accompaniments of crispy potato terrine and peas a la Francaise just showed how much thought had gone into this by the chefs. We finished our evening with the homemade meringue, served with strawberries and crème patisserie……wow, wow, wow!!!! The wine recommendation which accompanied our food throughout the evening was a perfect suggestion, made by the knowledgeable front of house staff. We will definitely be back, and hope that this place gets the success and recognition it deserves.
