We were recommended this Chinese from a friend. Absolutely horrific customer service! We waited 2 hours for home delivery of 2 dishes, chips and noodles. They didn’t even appologise or give any gestures of good will for the insane wait time.Will not be back.

As usual good quality of food but very much let down tonight by there delivery service! Rang at 5.20pm placed order.Told an hour and 10 mins or may be sooner for delivery.However it was gone 7pm before food arrived.I rang the shop to chase my order,only to be told their driver had gone missing!? A phonecall to any customers waiting to apologise would of helped to reassure us.However the counter staff were not very helpful let alone apologetic. Shame,nice food but let down by delivery service and lack of customer care. Also only accepting cash is another questionable debate!?

So these guys are stars in my eyes! They say you have an hour and 30 mins before they can deliver! And I have ordered several meals over two years, they relived my food in 30mins and I tastes great! They never disappoint! Absolute legends.

If you like an incredibly long wait and vast amounts oHP sauce this is the place to go! Otherwise don't bother!
The portions are of a decent size, the quality and amount of Chicken in the chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken balls was very good. This is the best Chinese takeaway that I've found in the area so far, but please note that they only accept cash.

We were staying in Fowey and my sister-in-law had joined us for a few days. Having all had a busy day we were tired and didn't fancy eating out, so phoned for a take-away. It took just over an hour to arrive, which we were told about and was fine. The person taking the order was cheerful and the driver was really lovely. The food was delicious and the portions are huge! We very much enjoyed it and we've never had a bad meal from here. The only thing I will say is that you have to pay cash when it's delivered. Fortunately my sister-in-law was treating us and had some cash available, but we very rarely carry much cash these days, as I'm sure is the same for a lot of people, so had it been just myself and my husband, we would have had to have gone to collect it so we could pay by card. It would be good if there was an on-line ordering system or they could take card payments over the phone.

I've used this restaurant for many years and won't be returning.Person on phone accepted an order when they shouldn't have and they are prioritizing local orders before mine even though I'm paying an £8 Delivery FEE.DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T HONOUR THEM.SHAME ON YOU, I'm so offended by the unprofessional attitude on the phone and from the owner in the kitchen that I will NEVER spend a single penny again with you.HORRENDOUS.
