We loved the Par Inn. Great banter and almost like stepping into a local club but very friendly. No food served but great St Austell beers and outside area. A very nice local pub.

Cant recommend this pub highly enough. The place had a very welcoming atmosphere and the locals were all lovely to talk to! Plus a huge pool table inside which is always a bonus! Staff are very kind and friendly I’m a solo traveller and was met with smiles and chats as I walked in. Also forever in debt to the landlord who helped me when I was very lost! Cant thank you enough. Be back soon and telling everyone I meet about this place whilst I’m in cornwall.

very expensive. i was short changed, stroppy barman nothing else to say other than i wont be going in there again , there are other better pubs in the area that are cheaper and friendlier staff

A wonderful, traditional local pub. I met my daughter there for an ‘after running club meet up’ where they were offering super to share. The food was absolutely amazing, a delicious choice of home-cooked dishes made by the bar man I think. It really was great. Lovely people.
