I'm at the waterfront polzeath and it is INCREDIBLE. Great food, fresh fish, wonderful chips. This is my 3rd time dining here in the span of a week and I live it. Stunning veiw of the sea and your maybe 5 steps away from the beach. Love it here, I could live here
Great time at the waterfront. We had scampi, kids pasta, fish tacos and house salad. Would recommend them all
Great breakfast with a fabulous veiw just what was needed after a long journey
Long waiting time for food . Prices a bit too high, but good food
We had an early dinner with my two young nieces and it was fantastic! The service was lovely and really friendly and the food was outstanding. I'm coeliac and therefore require strictly gluten free options which they catered well for. They also had gluten free beer! My monkfish and scallop thai curry was absolutely delicious. Great views of Polzeath beach too!
We arrived when it was really busy , not a
Problem at all .
We asked if the scampi had milk in it and the answer came back that it did , which we thought was odd as we have had that brand of scampi before . Never the less not a problem as I understand you have to be sure , so we checked the website for that type of scampi, it listed no milk , so maybe the chef was too busy to check , who knows . It happens and on its own would had been disappointing but no where near the attitude we got back, when we paid for the drinks which we had ordered . My wife paid for the drinks , and said we would had food , but the scampi had milk in it as I’m intolerant to it , she replied “
“ the lady who was at the till said “ OH WELL !!!”
Without a care or even an apology ,how rude is that ,,,, in addition to that we had a coke , a cup of tea and a cloudy apple juice , which was £11 odd , even in London that would had not cost that ,
If you got an intolerance or allergy, don’t bother going
Had takeaway Fish ,chips, peas and tartare sauce, all of which were fabulous. Service friendly and efficient and have to say one of the best Fish &Chips I've had .Highly recommended.
This is a perfect spot to eat. And a great view. Simply lovely.
Lovely situation, but £27 for a chickpea curry?? Very limited vegan options, not indicated on the menu, and no loo roll in the ladies' toilets
Kirsty was amazing and had a great experience!

Fancy a laugh? ? 8 for bloody chips and a sprinkle of cheese ??
Great location, great food, great vibes. Highly recommended
Take away fish & chips.
I had a portion of florescent green sweet slush, that tasted nothing like peas. The chips were dreadful - a mixture of some ok, some overcooked and a lot of crispy small pieces. Thankfully the fish was lovely, as it was the only thing edible. The service was disorganised and we won't be visiting again
Lovely restaurant. Very relaxed and laid back. Beautiful views over Polzeath beach. Had the vegan Thai curry which was lovely. Very tasty and a good portion size. Would definitely return.
Great place to eat ?
