Rang ahead to order for 6 people, very nice lady on the phone. Got to shop at agreed time and order just coming out of the fryer. Lovely friendly greeting from staff. Food itself very impressive, good quality fish with nice non greasy batter, good chips huge portion, have been disappointed with some of the other fish & chip shops nearby of late but really pleased with this one so will most definitely be returning

Hadn't been to St Blazey Fish n Chip shop for a few years, but, went last week and what a very pleasant surprise, the welcome and service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, cooked fresh, beautiful thick piece of cod, with beautiful crispy batter and the chips were gorgeous too, all in probably the best FnC shop in St Austell, I will definitely be back for more.Thank you "The Little Plaice" fish and chip shop..

This little plaice was AMAZING ! The best fish and chip shop I have ever been to ! Me and the fam were staying in Cornwall for 2 weeks and tried it on the first night then we back at least 5 times ! The portions were massive but I was glad since the chips were the yummiest I’ve ever ever had so crispy but so light and they were salted to perfection ! ( and the mushy peas are great ! ) They are so friendly and welcoming I honestly miss it so much :( But if your staying in Cornwallis you HAVE to try these ! ;)Kid-friendliness: They make you feel happy and included!
