Really nice lunch here. At first the prices seemed a bit high but the portion sizes make up for it. Nice pork wrap and special stew tooWheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility (numerous disabled spaces and dedicated wheelchair entrance)

A meal of two halves. I had a nice coffee and a good toastie. The other two people I was with had buttermilk chicken wrap. Horrible. It was made up of offcuts of roasted or boiled chicken. It wasn't fried- if you order buttermilk chicken or Google it you can see it is supposed to be fried in a batter. Weird dish and really unappetising, with grey chicken and slimy bits of undercooked fat. Odd and maybe an anomaly as the other menu item was great and well presented. It's a nice space and the coffee is good but I'll probably avoid the food next time!

My first visit to the Goat Gap Cafe - a half-way house fir meeting up with and old friend. It was very busy so obviously popular - service was great too. The menu was quite simple - pleasantly so - the sort of place you could imagine going back to on a regular basis. We were early for lunch and arrived as people were finishing breakfast - can definitely see myself visiting for a full English!
